I was scheduled to be here by 1:45, I've been waiting for a doctor for over an hour and a half now. People have come in with appointments after me that have been seen and left already, when I asked the receptionist how long it'll be because I have another appointment to get to, all she says is you're booked in

These staff are lazy and don't do their job it's crazy that they say they care about our mental health but won't send my medical files to my doctor like my doctor requested and I've asked them multiple times and left 13 messages it's crazy how slow you ladies are for caring about your community

I have a Dr. here so I visit frequently. Most of the staff are really nice & respectful. My Dr. was really awesome but Dr. Pope retired recently & I've been seeing a nurse who is just as awesome! Sara Rice goes above & beyond for her patients. If something is wrong physically or mentally she won't stop looking or testing until she finds the culprit, how to mend u & are healthy again. If there is anything Sara can do to help you she will & if she can't she will find someone who can. Sara really is a godsend & is definitely in the right profession!! We could use alot more nurses & doctors like Sara Rice.

This place is my primary general health care provider; I also have been able to access the services of a psychiatrist (who has been very helpful and indeed made extra time to attempt an accurate diagnosis) as well. They are extremely busy and deal with a great deal of patients; this can be a cause of delay in some instances but it is generally resolved as quickly as possible. The staff in general are very much interested in helping others, most of not all of whom are the poor and homeless population so I have a great deal of respect for them. I consider myself lucky to have been able to access their resources, the one star off is only because of the constant problems with my prescriptions being faxed in time on some occasions. Nobody's perfect though!
