We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Source in Terrace. We were helped by Matt. We believe he went above and beyond to help us. Absurdly terrible business. Ordered a new laptop online for in store pickup. Drove hours to this store. When I got the laptop the box was opened and the charger was missing. Said they could get me a replacement shipped to me and would call me the next day when they had one confirmed. Traveled hours back home and never heard from them again. Called all days all hours and they won't pick up their phone. Smithers store says this is typical of them and even they can't reach them lol. So I wasted many hours traveling and hundreds of dollars in gas. Absolutely shameful.

If I could rate these boys 1000 stars I would! I really appreciate all the hard work that Mitch, Matt and John spent getting me the perfect plan! They worked tirelessly with Bell, going back and forth seeing if they could get me a lower rate. They even threw in a few goodies for me at the end to make it an even more special experience! Amazing customer service from these boys. Definitely one to remember. I will be back in about 24 months when my phone plan ends!! Xoxo

Great service staff was very friendly and very helpful choosing my new phone... went in again for a watch and again treated top notch great atmosphere great staff very helpful... always solve my problems it's why I continue to support them... great management ... keep up the great work Terrace store!!!... Didn't sell actually sell me a warntry when I bought a gaming headset last year! Came in to get it replaced and found out the other day. I did get a new one but they weren't able to sell me another warntry.Even the employees there call there own company shady and that they make it difficult for you when you come back to get your warntry so you will buy one but never use it because it's inconvenient!Says alot when the employees spill how horrible there own company actually is!

I destroyed an iPhone while on vacation in Terrace. The sales associate, Matthew Corbin was a complete pleasure to work with, beyond helpful and took the time to get me set up. Great customer service is so rare these days so it deserved acknowledgment. Thanks Matt!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with John. The young gentleman has assisted me with every concern that I have with a smiling face and a very enthusiastic attitude and even relayed information that I was not aware of. John definitely deserves a raise for an excellent job.
