Went in with my size and idea. Had low hopes due my size came out with 2 awesome pairs. Worth the trip

As always, they have the nicest, most comfortable shoes. The staff are amazing.

Purchased a pair of boots that I decided I didn’t like, just not my style, took them back after 2 days, never worn, still in box, of course. I found what I wanted online and have decided to buy those instead. Returned boots to p n b, was only given store credit, refund was refused. They don’t have anything I like in stock. So now I’m out the $167.99 til whenever. I have been a longtime customer and shopped here for years and referred my family and friends there … well not anymore due to this archaic policy. This is on the owner not the staff.

As soon as I walked in, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged.There were two employees working at the time, One was pricing items and I am not sure what the other was doing but she didn't appear busy. I walked over the boots that I was interested and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me still while holding the boot i was interested in. I waited and watched the one girl pricing still not look at us while the other eventually helped the other woman in the store. It took me to speak up to get the lady in front of me to look up and ask if I needed a size.Being in customer service myself, instances like this frustrate me. In a higher end store you would think customer service would be your number one priority especially when we can obtain the same product elsewhere. I chose to make my $267.00 purchase anyways but I would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere had I been ignored any longer.

They have a nice selection of men’s dress shoes. I was greeted and helped as soon as I came in the door and found a nice pair of shoes in minutes.

Urgently needed a pair of dress shoes while in town and this spot was incredible. Smaller but super stylish men's selection, and a sales associate had me in a pair that fit perfect in less than 10min. Will totally go here again. Great little business.

This store carries a lot of great shoes and many different brands. I was very disappointed that on a recent visit one sales person was not wearing a mask. I want to shop local but I don't see returning again.

Fairly good variety of mid-to-high end footwear, prices are a bit high but sale prices are usually reasonable. Location is not the best (it's in a tiny strip mall with a couple of rather questionable businesses) but other than that, it's pretty much an average shoe store.

Great customer service. Hunting down my size from other stores. The sales are awesome. Got a beautiful boots for $79 regularly $219. How could I say no? Plus I found my dream boots that I've been looking for months. Also on sale for $99 regularly $179. Couldn't pass it up. So happy I pulled over when in the area as I don't live in Abbotsford but I will definitely be back!
