I understand this may sound like a grand statement, but allow me to elaborate.My association with Genesis KW began in October 2022, when I drove off their parking lot in a brand new Genesis GV70. The entire vehicle purchase experience was handled by Nick Mehta, and it was truly unparalleled. From guiding me through the delivery checklist to helping me make sound finance choices, Nick went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.Since then, I have covered 20,000 kilometers on my car, and scheduling regular service intervals has been a breeze. Adam, the Service Head, has been incredibly helpful in coordinating these appointments. Every time, a driver was promptly sent to pick up my vehicle from my address, and a loaner car was provided until my own vehicle was returned. I did encounter a couple of minor issues along the way, such as a windshield chip and a flat tire. However, the Genesis KW team handled them with utmost priority and attention.During the windshield chip incident, I was informed that the service team's schedule was fully booked for the next two weeks. However, Adam went the extra mile and referred me to a local windshield repair garage, which resolved the issue free of charge in less than 15 minutes. On my recent road trip to Chicago, I experienced a flat tire. The service I received was exceptional. Not only did they replace the tire promptly, but they also identified a couple of other issues with my car that I hadn't even noticed or mentioned. They have already ordered the necessary parts and are proactive in addressing them. I must commend Adam and his team for their dedication and efficiency.Moreover, it's worth mentioning that while most service centers may wash your car, this team goes above and beyond. They meticulously detail the interior, leaving it in a pristine condition akin to stepping into a brand new car after the service.To say they are good at their job would be an understatement. Genesis KW consistently surpasses expectations, always striving to exceed customer satisfaction. Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo was a great to deal with and went the extra mile to get a deal done that worked for me. Dave Barnes was the sales consultant that I worked with and he is outstanding. He made extra trips out to see me with different models/trims to test drive in order to ensure I was 100% in the right Genesis. He went over and above in helping me deal with another dealership in trying to buyout my old lease and provided great advice on how to handle that situation. Buying the car was easy - didn't have to leave my house and it's nice that there's no haggling on the price since I thought the price was fair to begin with against the competition (I bought a 2022 G70 Sport) - I purchased the car last April. What I'm here about is regarding the level of service at Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo specifically. I had an issue with my headliner and they tried to resolve it a few times with no success and finally replaced the whole thing (at a great expense in parts and labour i'm sure) with no pushing from me other than just letting them know the problem persisted. Having a loner car while they worked on my car is also a lifesaver and eases any pain regarding how long it takes sometimes for things to get fixed. I commend the service department's level of commitment to customer satisfaction and the pride they take in their work. We'll be back when it's time for a new SUV.

Dealt with Adam for an issue that was covered under warranty for my GV70. He was upfront about how long it would take the part to come in, scheduled a time for the valet pick up and drop off (which was super convenient by the way), and everything was done on the scheduled day and the car was back at my house by 530 in the evening. I bought the car at the Mississauga location but I'm so glad I live close to the KW branch (they will also be turning into a standalone dealership soon which I'm looking very much forward to). Keep up the great work!

Do not recommend. The service advisor was extremely arrogant and rude, and the mechanic was just as bad, if not worse. Over heard them making fun of other people, while I was standing there. I’d take my business anywhere else other then here.

Great experience! I recently bought GV80 and marked Genesis KW as my primary dealer. So far it has been an exceptional experience. All the credit goes to Adam in Service for this experience.
