Steak Sandwich was amazing. Beef skewers were great. Peri chicken sandwich and fries were also amazing. Will definitely return. Such a good price for the amount of food we ordered.

We took a chance on this place and were not expecting much but boy were we treated with a happy surprise! The food was exceptional and the service was good too. Highlights included the peri peri chicken, tikka and beef shami platters. Definitely check this place out if you’re in search of good, flavourful and well-portioned food in Ottawa!

Extremely happy with Mr nasir and his service and aside from everything else the food is great. Better try their broast, really fresh and full of taste and as well as their bbq, its got its charcoal taste very authentic. Im reviewing this after visiting for 4 to 5 times already. Its a must try. Its definitely our go to place. Its got its family seating too.

Excellent Broast chicken!They also serve delicious charcoal grilled food!Our favorite is the 12 piece Broast chicken combo with fries and coleslaw. We also like their spice garlic dipping sauce.Owner is very nice and attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Not very good at all. Came in during Ramadan to break our fast. Restaurant was empty. Food came out late and was underwhelming. The tandoori chicken was over cooked and chewy, the beef shami was slightly raw inside. The broast chicken was pretty good but nothing to write home about.Overall, the lack of ambience, poor customer service and mediocre food means I will not be returning here.*Update in response to owners reply: I’m sorry you don’t like the negative review but I am telling the truth.Fact check: dates were provided to us, water was paid for, no extra food/rice/salad provided as seen in the picture. 2 pieces of chicken were provided to our friend for takeout after the meal. My wife’s shami was indeed raw and not eaten, you re-cooked a new one and provided it once we had already finished our meal.As you mentioned, I have the right to share my opinion and that’s what I’m doing in an accurate way, nothing personal.

Use to go to this place all the time when I lived in Orleans area. Little did I know that they opened a new location.Food quality here is top notch! One of my favourites is the chicken shami.The salad is fantastic, they use a sweet savoury sauce. I'm not a salad guy and I devoured it like it was the last vegetable on earth.The rice is always fantastic, cooked to order. Soft and tasty to accompany the meat. The chicken shami they serve never disappoints. Always tender, fresh, juicy and flavourful.If you order, make sure you get the chutney, hot sauce if you like it spicy and their garlic sauce is bomb!!! It will only enchant your meal and give it an amazing flavour combination. They give nan bread on the side also.Price is fair for the amount of food they give. I have to say even with inflation, really good value.One of my favourite spots, if your in Ottawa, I would definitely give this place a chance. You will become a regular like me.
