I had the pleasure of working with Adam D. From the parts counter during a historical cold snap in Calgary and he was amazing. Helped me assess the battery and quickly found the correct one. Had some great advice for checking to see if my car needed to be coded for battery or not. I can’t believe he even carried the battery out to my car in -35 weather! Simply put Adam D. Was a fantastic and made a hard day a little easier with his kindness, concern and assistance. Thank you.

Called this morning to confirm a part was in stock, drove 30 mins out of my way to pick it up, only for them to find it wasn't actually in stock. No apology offered whatsoever, just a come back next week type response. I expected better from a premium brand. Get on top of your inventory.

Dale Lakusta has repeatedly ruined my customer service experience at this location numerous times. It’s bad when I walk in for my appointment hoping that Dale is occupied with another customer so that I can have another representative help me out instead. This is based on a number of bad experiences with Dale, and yet I still go back and just hope to get someone else to help me and then be disappointed when I have to deal with Dale. It’s a shame because I like the location and service with my car and the loaner option is very convenient. Plus the other representatives Jason and Joel are nice and friendly. But Dale is always grumpy and downright rude on several occasions. Dale’s attitude and tone when he speaks to you is horrible and does not make you feel welcomed or taken care of, horrible customer service from him. When he talks to you with his angry and often confrontational demeanour, it really ruins the whole customer experience and ruins your day when leaving honestly. I will be going elsewhere solely to avoid having to deal with Dale. The owner or service manager of this place should seriously consider if they want to have Dale be the sole reason they lose customers when otherwise everything is pretty solid.

Michelle Anderson-Whyte is such a vibrant, friendly, and caring person. She greeted me with a smile and kept me informed every step of the way while my husbands vehicle was in for service. I use to go to the main location, but never again as long as Michelle is at this shop! She won my business and my heart, they need more advisors like her there. JOB WELL DONE! Call her for your next Audi service appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

Dale at the satellite service location has been an incredible ambassador for the brand . I have had the good fortune of dealing with him on a number of my Q7’s service appointments and I trust what he tells me without question. He is a great communicator and I have found his integrity to be above and beyond expectations. Thank you!
