Sadly my father only got to spend two months at Keedwell but the care and attention he received was unbelievable. 10 out of 10. Myrna and Dalton, the owners, went above and beyond for my Dad which I very much appreciated since I live in Edmonton. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to them and their staff.

I regret ever having my mother moved to this home. This place is severely understaffed and the residents are neglected due to this. The staff are terribly rude to the residents as well as their families. It is obvious they don't enjoy their job and do not want to be there. The boss isn't much better. Highly recommend this place. My Dad lived at Keedwell for almost a year before he passed. Myrna and her team provide a real home-like feel (not institutional) and provide top notch, personalized care to the residents. They organize activities and music regularly for the residents. It's never easy when you have to make decision to put your loved one in another's care and our family feels very blessed we found this place. Huge gratitude for all the staff there.

Keedwell Assisted Living Centre Inc
This place is absolutely terrible. The entire place is understaffed, with few COVID-19 measures. Only one of two nurses work inside, and many of the seniors are neglected regularly due to their staffing issue. The lack of safety measures for COVID is absolutely atrocious. There was barely ay mask wearing, and sanitation was minimal. The nurses continually wear their masks down their noses, despite constant reassurances from patients. The staff are also incredibly rude, and the general environment is not viable.
