FIXCO - Cell Phone Repair & Computer Repair

While I am not happy I broke my phone screen, I am happy I went to fixco! My iphone 11 (which seemed destroyed) was fixed and better than before in under half an hour. Mitch very personable and kind and I genuinely enjoyed sticking around for the repair. I’m so grateful for the service I experienced!

I took my phone to Fixco to get a cracked screen repaired. Mitch ordered the part and had my phone fixed well within the time frame that was given. The whole process was quick and stress free. My phone looks like new and works great! Highly recommended.

In my brilliance I spilled coffee all over my computer in the midst of my final quarter of university for the year. I brought it to Mitch and initially he thought nothing could be done, but after a few hours he worked some absolute computer wizardry and completely fixed my laptop! I can't express how grateful I am--having my computer back and working has allowed me to continue my job search and allowed me to complete my year of university successfully. Mitch is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and organized, all traits that make a difference and discernible impact in these situations. Most certainly will be turning to him should I have any technological mishaps in the future, coffee-related or otherwise!

Mitch was extremely helpful and kindly worked on my phone while I waited (I was a bit desperate). He made my iphone8 look and work like new very carefully, with great attention to detail. I'm so grateful for his business! The second floor shop is through an entrance on H street (despite Dupont address). I recommend him highly.

Best tech repair experience I’ve had! He quoted me a slightly lower price because I needed multiple things fixed on my phone because he didn’t want to price me out. My phone was repaired quickly and hasn’t had any issues since. Highly recommend over other options in town.

After trying another repair shop without success, I heard about Fixco and Mitch, the owner. I suspected that I needed a new battery, which Mitch confirmed. It was going to take him a few days to install it because he was busy, but when he heard that I count on my computer on a daily basis, he told me to go back in three hours, that it would be ready. Mitch is knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend him.

Reasonably priced compared to a lot of places and the service was fairly quick!Mitch is a dope dude, support local business owners. He fixed my water damaged screen, ran diagnostics, found my battery life was running low, so replaced that too.
