Pre ordered from them at 8am order said ready at 12 went in and it wasnt. They forgot about it but didnt tell me that. Instead they whispered it to each other then had me wait half an hour still without telling me and didnt even package it the way they are supposed to for pick up. On top of that they had two other orders that were after mine ready for pick up. I get people make mistakes but the way you guys went about it was poor service and decision making.

Ordered the chili cheese poutine, with the chili on the side. They put a very small amount of chili in a little condiment cup and then proceeded to DROWN the fries in enough gravy for at least 3 orders of poutine. The fries became a sopping disgusting mostly inedible mess. It was so salty I was barely able to eat half of it. I'm constantly disappointed with this place. $15 for barely edible food. They also need to learn how to make proper French fries. Handmade French fries need to be fried TWICE - once to blanch the potatoes, then drained and dropped again and fried until they're golden brown. The dark brown fries mean that the fries were dropped and fried only once, leaving them to turn soggy as soon as the gravy even gets close to the fries. Also, the chili was super salty and tasted burnt. I took one bite and threw the rest away. Disgusted and disappointed. Again.

Finally had the time to check out this hidden gem in Regina.I had called previously and found out that they have gluten free options, including a gluten free poutine.We tried the unicorn milkshake which was delicious. I was very excited to find out they have a gluten free designated frier. All of our meals came out hot and we're delicious. Will definitely be coming back again.

Not only do the donuts look amazing, they taste even better. Not pictured are the cupcakes we also devoured! The staff were friendly and efficient and did a great job of helping recommend their favourites when we couldn’t make a decision. Will definitely look to pick up another batch and put some big smiles on the faces of our office again. Keep up the great work.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after the lunch rush. First time visiting so I ordered a hot dog (topped w/ cheese, caramelized onions, and bacon) with fries and a cinnamon bun donut. Initially I was going to do takeout but it wasn’t busy so I asked to have my order to be dine in instead and the cashier graciously accommodated me. The hot dog was tasty and the perfect size, but I wish the cheese on it was real cheddar instead of processed. Fries were very good diner style fries, perfectly salted in my opinion. The donut, while tasty with the icing, was a bit on the dry side throughout. Overall I was happy with the food, price, and the service and I’d return to try more menu items.

In the past I’ve had great service! Today on the other hand, we came at the end of the lunch rush. It took a lil while for her to stop talking with her co-workers and start dealing with the line of people waiting at the till. I watched another girl working hard restocking the cooler. Eventually we were seated, the table was dirty. No problem the girl cleaned it fast told us who are server was and then was gone. It took over 20 mins for our server to actually come take our order And then another hour before our food came. Take into consideration we didn’t make any alterations to our food. I had asked what was gf in the menu and didn’t need alterations to the recipe, and that’s what I ordered. It took OVER AN HOUR to get our food! The restaurant has two other tables of people. And I’m watching the stag go out for smoke breaks and hang out in the kitchen. I understand they need breaks but it shouldn’t take that long for food. Then lie say it’s my fault it’s taken so long for the food because I’m celiac. It’s never taken this long in the past. The food was not as good as usual which was a disappointment. All around a disappointing dinning experience today. Don’t know if there was a change of staff. But it will be a while before I come back or recommend anyone go here again.

Wow! Wonderful, helpful and cheerful staff. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to return.Pros: Some of the best fun milkshakes we have ever had. We tried almost all of them! The donuts were delicious and even though they only had 5 varieties they were all fantastic. Their caramel Apple fritter was light, and had great flavour.The burgers were juicy and the meat was seasoned nicely. We had the dill pickle burger and the Mac and cheese burger.Cons: we had mixed feeling about the poutine. I think we just didn’t care for the gravy. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just a personal preference. We had the sweet potato poutine (personally, the sweet potatoes dont work well with the gravy they are using), the Buffalo chicken poutine (not bad but really needed more Buffalo sauce as it was a bit bland) and the chili cheese poutine (my favourite. I would get this again but hold the gravy. The chilli was really nice on the fries).Overall, I highly recommend you go and try it yourself and see which one is your favourite.
