Gorgeous Nails

Went in with a design left in tears after she was done had to go to another nail salon to fix nails. They were crooked and sloppy avoid this place at all cost

Extremely unimpressed. The owner did acrylic nails for me. The application took much longer than it has at any other salon. As well as the shapes of my nails were all different. Not to mention one of my nails broke while opening my car door to leave & when I asked her to fix it, she refused. Never come here at any cost.

Omg worst experience ever. I had glue stuck to my nails, she never listened to my ideas, she did them shorter then I wanted. I'm never going back here its a disaster. It was my first time doing nails in Kitchener and she gave me a bad experience.

Went here two times and had the owner do my nails. Both times the job was quite sloppy. I had shellac the first time, was all over my skin and peeled off a few days. The second I got gel nails with shellac and same story-all over my skin and peeling. The shape was uneven as well. On top of that, she stuck her nails into my skin in an attempt to push back the skin under my nails. Quite painful, and rough. It’s just a lot to pay for a sloppy job that doesn’t look brand new. Only upside is they are the cheapest prices in town and they are nice people.

She was so fast and did a great job! She was so lovely to speak to as well. Would have just liked to see more selection of nail polish colours.

Selection of polish is awesome. Both ladies working were polite (although they did speak to each other in another language quite a bit). My nails looked nice but I'm super unimpressed that no hand lotion was applied or offered. No massage ? A little bizarre. I've had lots of manicures at many places and never have I left with no lotion or hand rub. The young girl who did my nails seemed far more interested in doing her own nails than mine. (And we did have a booked appointment). I had to remind her I asked for nail design and even after the reminder, her design was a few basic lines. Not overly impressed as price is average for this type of salon. My nail tech also took a personal phone call half way through doing my nails. Quite unprofessional.

I am visiting the K-W area and was in need of a pedicure. Couldn't get a booking for my wife and I at the big" spas. Took a chance on Gorgeous Nails and both of us agreed it was the best pedicure that we ever had in all of our travels. Now for the unbelievable part - $ 25.00 each."

This place might not look fancy from the outside, but the inside is welcoming and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and does really good quality work. Shellac manicures and pedicures are reasonably priced (regular pedicures are reasonable too). If you call ahead, you can more or less book an appointment or the owner will tell you if she's really busy (so that you don't have to wait around like some other nail places). Gorgeous Nails is also open on Sundays which is great too.

Very friendly, get service. The prices and the best I have seen in the region. You don't feel like you are on a conveyor belt here. It's a small family owned salon. I highly recommend Gorgeous Nails.
