I had an appointment here yesterday at 1045 for nails. I was finally seated at 11:30. I understood the lady before me was running late so fine.I've been getting my nails done for over 16 years and I've never seen this bad of work, ever! Very nice lady but terrible work! I would never recommend this place for nails.My nails are lifting around the edges, they are lopsided, a couple stick upwards off my nail bed, one corner is rounded while one is square on the same nail. The same nail is thick on one side and thin on the other. The whites are so large and some are rounded and some whites are almost straight across the nail. My left thumb nail edge is super jagged and lumpy.I realize I had shorter nails going into this appointment but none of these issues are caused by short nails.On the other hand, I had my hair done by Bonnie and I absolutely love it! She did such a fabulous job on my highlights & lowlights to cover my grey. I love the cut as well. Super friendly lady! Loved her.I give Bonnie 5 stars & the short haired, blonde nail tech 0 stars because I deserve a refund on my $65!

Great environment, great people, I finally found a place where anyone of the staff can cut my hair and I have full confidence I will be happy every time. Hats off to the staff here. Thanks for the great service over the last 2 years
