Dr Ross is perhaps the most professional and down to earth Optometrist I have had the pleasure of seeing (pun intended). Giving down to earth advice and using very modern equipment.The staff are all very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. All together, it was a great experience. I will definitely go there again.

Couldn't get in to see anyone in person for a ridiculous amount of time. With iris your paying top dollar which I don't mind doing but I expect great service and selection. Last time safety glasses selection was so poor I ended up not even using the glasses that I bought and as a result my daily glasses took a beating and I desperately need new ones. I'm going to make the 100km + drive to the city to try another business. It would be nice to stay with the same Dr but that seems impossible.

Iris took my husband in for a check asap when he developed an infection after cataract surgery. We so appreciate the staff and Dr. Nicolet. They are all so kind and professional.

Very happy with the friendly affable atmosphere of this place. Dr nickolet knows his stuff and is very informative. He referred me for Lasik surgery in New Westminster and is able to do all my follow ups here.
