Arcana Windows & Doors

TL;DR: We had them replace 11 windows (4 small retrofit + 7 tearout) and one patio double door. 2 guys came and did a pretty sloppy job IMHO. I was unhappy with the finish quality of the window casing. Had Haim come in to take a look. He believed it looked fine. I knew I would never be happy with the quality of Arcana's trim work when he said installing windows is not finish carpentry it's more like construction. Trim carpenters are very expensive and they spend a lot of time making sure every piece is perfect. We've only ever used trim carpenters on very large and expensive houses to speed up the install"(paraphrased). He made excuses for all of my concerns and while he said they could send someone in to touch it up

We recently had Arcana Windows and Doors replace our front door, and door from the house to the breezeway. From my first email to when the truck pulled out of the driveway, the experience was excellent.Great communication, all questions answered quickly, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and overall kind. Pricing and timelines never changed, everyone showed up on time and on installation day, the crew was having such a great time they were singing while working - and that level of joy showed in their workmanship. The best!We're very pleased with the quality, feel and look of the doors and wouldn't hesitate to work with Arcana again.

This company has great prices and will take on small jobs. They've done 3 small jobs for me - replaced basement windows on 2 houses, a small broken side window, and recently did attic casement windows including an eyebrow window. The service has been excellent. I now have new doors on order. I'm grateful I can whittle away on these replacements as I am able to afford them.

Dymitri's company was recommended to me by my real estate agent. She said Arcana Windows and Doors did a great job. She was right! The two guys who installed the door did a brilliant job. They worked very hard to make the door sit right. They insulated areas around the door frame which was much appreciated. They cleaned everything up.The new door looks fantastic! Can't wait to have the cash so they can do my windows. Thanks!

We found Arcana Windows to be very professional, efficient and reliable. We had two large windows replaced in our kitchen and living room. The quote was very detailed. We obtained three and it was mid range but we went with Arcana because they seemed the most knowledgable and trustworthy. The installers arrived as scheduled and completed the work in less time than planned. The were neat and tidy, and we were pleased with the final outcome.

This is definately the place to go to for windows and doors. High quality windows. We just had our whole house done and the installers were so professional and respectful of my home that 5 stars just does not seem enough. Great Job.

Arcana is always my go-to company whenever I have any needs for windows and doors. Over the year, I feel their service is getting even better and better. Haim is fantastic! He truly cares about his clients. He is knowledgeable, professional and the best consultant. All recommendations are around clients’ specific needs, not about pushing products. This is the only company we would ever use for windows and doors.From start to finish they are very professional to deal with.The installers always do an amazing job!The products they offer are of the highest quality, at a much more affordable price than any other larger or smaller window company.

Haim from Arcana came around soon after I requested a quote to replace a few windows (we are doing the Greener Homes grant) and was super quick and professional. He made some suggestions based on my needs, took some measurements and he was done (he even talked me OUT of installing one exterior window as it was to an exterior crawlspace and thus would just be a waste of money). I appreciated his honestly and really liked how he didn’t try to push super pricey windows or even replace any of my other windows (he looked and said “they’re fine”) and moved on.He explained the lead time was 4-5 months and that Arcana would be in touch and he was right! Their great admin team reached out to let me know my order was complete and gave me a few options on a good install date. The morning of the installation I had followed the instructions they email you prior to prep for the installers so was all set. A few guys showed up, the one (in charge) introduced himself and after they laid down tarp throughout the inside to minimize mess got to work and boom - a few hours later I had beautiful new windows. I was shown how to use them and a little quality inspection and off the team wentWould 100% recommend and will use their others services in the future.

Dmitry and his team are great. They replaced my windows this summer, and then today completed the replacement of all windows and a patio door in a small sunroom. These guys worked fast, efficiently and cleaned up. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
