Originally I was going to get the evolve mini, but then quickly decided to upgrade my order to something a bit bigger. To be honest it was hard to get in touch with anyone, seemed as though once they got any form of deposit they didn’t care to reach out with concerns or upgrades quickly. I upgraded to the evolve 25, I love the sauna and it was fairly easy to put together. I’d love to give a 5 star rating but the customer service and follow up is to be desired, you’d think after spending close to 5000$ they would check in to make sure everything was good and ensure customer was completely satisfied. The sauna is wonderful

I bought the evolve mini a few months ago for my basement with a low ceiling. I have been very happy with my decision. The sauna was easy to assemble (though a bit challenging to get off crate that it was delivered on) and appears high quality. I like all the extras that we received (especially wool hat which prevents headache in sauna) and there is a lovely smell from the wood when you sit inside. It heats up very quickly and I am usually sweating within 10-15 minutes. I especially love the sound system. It’s easy to connect to and the sound quality is excellent. I use it every second day. I do stretches and exercises for twenty minutes as it warms up, then I go in for 15-20 minutes and then I take a shower. It’s very calming.
