Prepaid for a pizza an hour ahead of time for 6 p.m. showed up 13 minutes early to pick it up. I waited 23 minutes to leave with the pizza, meaning they hadn't even started it when I arrived. The store isn't busy and there's no reason why I should have had to wait. When I ask for a refund I was denied and told there's no guarantee on pick up orders. I was also denied any kind of courtesy coupons. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even come to the counter and serve me, nevermind pay attention to online orders. Won't be coming back.

I ordered over the phone the pickup special 1 medium topping pizza , I asked for it to be well done. When I arrived at the store shortly after I reminded the person working behind the counter that I wanted it well done , there was only 1 person working at the store. The employee tells me that the cheese will get brown if I get it well done , I told him that was okay. When I got the pizza it was not well done but was doughy , thick and chewy. I had to throw away the last 2 slices. I literally go to pizza pizza every other day (don’t judge me I know it’s not healthy lol ) it’s my guilty pleasure.I don’t understand after so much talk about the pizza being well done , the pizza was still left under done.My go to pizza pizza is the one located at 833 upper James @ Mohawk rd I wanted to try something different as in another location which was close to me. I was wrong for cheating on my home location.Next time a customer tells you something , you do it without any questions if it’s a reasonable request such as getting the pizza well done I don’t know why the employees are wasting their time explaining things to their customers such as “the cheese will get brown “ don’t insult my intelligence.I will never be returning to this location , there’s no parking lot and it’s not easily accessible by your car. I had to park in the back lot then walk in the rain there and back to my car.

My first time at upper James and Ryman location... WOW, great experience! The lovely lady that took my order was beyond helpful, patient and kind! I asked how long, she said 15 minutes, I explained that I had to run to quickly shop and she happily said, they can place my order on a set time to allow me to shop... extremely helpful!!! The pizza was very good, quite tasty as well.This location is our new go to pizza place... mostly for the amazing customer service!

Would give a zero if i could. Ordered food from this location it was literally 2 things: jalapeño poppers, and cheesy bread. Waited almost an hour just for them to cancel my order on me. Called the store and they wouldn't even talk to me about something THEY DID, put me old hold for a customer service line"

Worst Customer Experience. Had hair in the pizza. Called to make a complaint about this poor experience. Got a callback from store and girl on the phone was really rude and asking if we made a fake complaint. She was talking back and arguing the whole time and she mentioned that she is allowed to call the customer like this and be rude. Would never recommend this store location to anyone. Would definitely give a Zero instead of 1 star.

I come here for dips usually. I would order pizza here but it’s overpriced burnt and poor ingredients why would I buy it? Last time I came in for dips, lady serving me at the cash told me I could only buy a certain amount of dips. Wait a second your telling me what I can buy? This place is an absolute joke and a waste of time I won’t be back.

this pizza store does not deserve any ratings,, we ordered pizza from this location and we found hairs in two slices. when we did complaint, there was an employee(female) she called us back using her personal phone number and hide her number and asked why we did complaint, was so rude and behaving like we just did fake call to get new pizza, i think, she should learn first how to provide customer service and how to speak with customer.

I'll be a customer again once the mandatory automatic tip is removed for online pickup orders. It's a serious duck you to the customers. The poppers are delicious.
