Fred the tech has the best customer service I have seen in awhile. Extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Infiniti to anyone in need of AC/heat service.

We had a new furnace/heat pump installed yesterday (June 20/23) by Sam and Marco from Infinity Home Comfort. The entire process although lengthy went smoothly. These two technicians were very polite, courteous and left our residence clean and tidy. Sam took the time to explain the new thermostat and set it up to our preferred settings. We made the right choice picking Infinity Home Comfort to supply and install our new heating/cooling system. Gerry And Charlotte....

Fred showed up as a result of a service call to review some minor inconveniences with our Infinity system. He was very knowledgeable and quick to address all items on our list. The system is now working as expected and we'll not hesitate at all to use services again. Happy to do business with Infiniti Home Comfort !

Furnace, heat pump and thermostat replacement/ installation:Marco and Sam were fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I immediately had confidence in their abilities. They cleaned up the work area nicely after the installation.The system works great and after a brief tutorial from Sam, the thermostat and cell phone app became easy to use.I would recommend Infiniti Home Comfort without hesitation.

There's nothing new I can add to ALL of the other 5-star reviews. I read them all before we booked Infiniti to install our new heat pump, gas furnace and Smart Ecobee3 thermostat. This company lived up to all the positive hype from the other reviews! We are so pleased.I met Chris, their amazing salesman at our local Spring Home Show. There were many other companies there also promoting heating and AC solutions. I found him to be the most informative, knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations (I knew very little about heat pumps and furnaces). That same weekend I dragged my husband to the show and once again did the rounds of heating companies. We then decided to have Chris come to the house the next week where he carefully detailed his suggested products for our home. We had done a Home Energy Assessment and are applying for the HER+ rebates. Chris and the office manager, Janine know all about these. We booked the installation and they arrived as promised. The two installers, Sam and Marco, and their boss Fred were all very courteous, friendly, professional and very hard workers. We never once saw them sitting down or taking a break! We had a few tricky issues removing old pipes and getting around things, but they worked away diligently until they got the job done, and informed us of every decision that had to be made. The cleanup at the end of the day was spotless and they removed every bit of garbage, including the plastic water bottles we had provided. They left some of the baking and snacks and refused to take them on the road back to the office with them. So polite!! Janine in the office is such a contentious, helpful and knowledgeable person as well, and she kept me informed every step of the way. She has even registered our warranties for us.All in all, we are just another VERY happy satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend Infiniti.

I have been a customer for 10 years with Infiniti. I was going to leave the company when Scarborough location closed. Whitby office has restored my faith. They are respectful on time. They advise when they are on their way to your home. They have a fabulous team of professionals beginning with Janine to all installers. It was Marco who spoke with me in regards to replacement of my 2 ductless ac units.Thankyou Infinity for your professionalism. I'm extremely happy with your service..

Fred and Team were excellent in providing the right guidance in terms of what was required. They scheduled the appointment in advance, arrived on time and finished the installation accurately and cleanly. Then they went above and beyond to remove the old unit and drop it off. Really appreciated their team effort and I'd use their services again in the future.

I had Sam, Marco and Fred replace my old furnace with a new AC and heat pump. The guys were great and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole team I worked with from Jeanine in the office, Chris and the installers were excellent. The only thing left to do now is for me to figure out how to use the new thermostat. Thanks guys.
