I purchased a cool collectors item a few months ago and when I got there they told me they didnt have my item because “this consignor sucks”. Very unprofessional. I had to then go back another day.I tried bidding again this time for some fitbit accessories. I sat by my phone and refreshed & updated my max bid for an hour because I was watchinf these for 5 days. But for some strange reason, I was winning up until 5 seconds before the bid was done and it was too late to place a higher bid before the time expired and was outbid . It appears as though they BID ON THEIR OWN ITEMS last minute. A few of the same screen names seem to pop up and outbid a lot of the times on various items so look out for that.They also appear to sell a lot of GROUPON GOODS so be careful that you’re not overpaying.Overall they may have a few cool things but definitely not worth the headache & terrible customer service. I would suggest the ontario hibid site or even the toronto police auctions

They are always ready to get my order for pick up. They were very reasonable when had to exchange an item.

My wife won a mirror in auction so she paid for it plus shipping the very next day. Then aout 3 days later a electronic shipping label was made but never got picked up. Finally after just waiting about a month assuming delay was due to covid related issues decided to try calling. Well after about 2 or 3 weeks of trying to reach a live person she finally got through..... only to find out that they apparently called once to say the package was too big and canada post wouldnt deliver. They then preceed to tell her that not only cant they ship it but they dont even have it anymore they auctioned it off again. And said they will work on sending a refund as soon as they can. So first if she paid for it and she didnt notice a call or voice mail they should maybe email since its all done online to begin with. Second if she paid for it should they not have had to refund the money before they sold it a second time? Isnt that fraud or theft maybe? Third if i sold someoe elses property without their permission im pretty sure i would have a visit with the police. And fourth its been made very clear they can not be trusted with just this one instance, how many others does and has this happened to? I know my sister inlaw has had a couple really bad experiences with them recently as well. Final thought..... dont trust, dont buy, dont support.

My only complaint is that I cannot buy anything there over $100, too risky, since on three separate occasions my items arrived either damaged or in an open envelope that someone didn't care enough to seal properly so some items fell out and got lost during shipping. Their shipping people simply don't care.

The staff at Platinum are great! I had a special request with one of my orders, and they were very friendly and more than happy to offer me options that suited my request.I can’t comment on shipping as I’ve never used it, but pick up is fast, organized and easy.Special thanks to Josh for all your work and your help.

Too many ghost / fake bidders on their website, so beware. Who bids twice (over themselves) when there is no other bidder and raises the price? If you're going to fake bids, at least make it less obvious.The starting prices can be good but they become similar to retail, after all the fake bids bumping it up, so you might as well shop retail.

This will be a bittersweet comments about AuctionWin. Great place to auction, got different varieties of goods. I would love for them to have more bidders but yeah not good for me as a bidder.Best place to spend your $.

I have used multiple online auction platforms and this company is completely unfair. I’ve been a member for over a year now and find it impossible to win anything. I’ve spent time watching items and have never been able to win due to their time extension tactic. They do this to avoid losing items at low prices. If they have a problem with pricing they should start bidding at a higher price instead of having actual people sit and wait for the time to end only to find the item completely disappears or has an extension of minutes, hours or in this documented instance DAYS. Customer service advised the issues stem from their newly updated platform, but the change happened months ago and nothing has changed. I’m convinced the employees of this low traffic auction platform are the people you are actually bidding against. Don’t waste your time. Stay away from this site.

Some of the reviews seemed to say some rather nasty things about this company.I won 2 items through their online auction and picked up/paid for them at their location. My items were EXACTLY what I bid on for the EXACT price I bid. No hidden fees, no BS.I am happy to make this review and I''ll definitely continue being customer

Love this site. Made some great purchases and at a super price! They get more and more wonderful things all the time. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!
