Worst service we have ever used. Not thorough. Uses old information as a basis for appraisals. Charges for it and the new property improvements are not even listed. Wrong comparisons used.

Very poor service. It’s like you have to beg them to do work for you. Never answers phone, days to respond via phone or text. Then didn’t show for appraisal time. Cancelled service and went another route. Service at competitor was amazing
