Don’t ever buy from any teletime location because once you have to escalate things, especially to their head office it gets worse from there. I have been dealing with teletime for the past almost 5 months now with regards to a fridge I purchased from them. Not only did it come damaged but in the process of delivering it their drivers destroyed my hardwood flooring inside my house. I attempted multiple times to get the issue rectified being very reasonable but no assistance. The customer service rep just passed me on to her manager. The manager never contacted and passed me directly to head office where I had to deal with an individual by the name of Jasdeep Atthi. Not only was this individual unresponsive while trying to solve my problem but rude as he laughed at me over the phone for wanting the company teletime to fix my floors which they refused to and didn’t want to find a solution. Their response was you signed the paper so you refused all your options. I brought up my damaged floors to the delivery drivers while they were still inside my house, all they did was say ok and went into their truck and left. They never came back, and they denied damaging my floors at all. I had to escalate the issue further to Mastercard because Teletime Head office refused to assist in anyway. They took no liability for their drivers and wanted no part of the issue. They expect me as a consumer to repair my own floors for their drivers mistake.Never buy from these guys they have the worse support and if you do don’t sign the paper make your life easier. Never buying from them again and making sure everybody knows how bad teletime is as a company, especially the head office who’s supposed to be reasonable and level minded to assist with issues, especially the ones caused by them.If I could give negative stars I would.

Ahmad is super professional and very knowledgeable about his products. Before you can complete telling him the model number he already knows which one you are asking for. I was in the market for a new dishwasher which had to be a specific model to match my other appliances. I spent the weekend looking for the best deal for what I was looking for and this establishment won my business. Next Day delivery and installation was plus. The delivery and install guys were very professional as well. Good job overall. I highly recommend this company

I m doing business with Teletime superstore for many years. Every time I found friendly environment best deals and on time delivery of appliances. Recently I purchased JennAir kitchen appliances got much better prices. I simply recommend to visit Teletime mountain ash road branch and ask for Ahmed who is very helpful knowledgeable and has very good experience of customer service

The prices are comparable to other big box stores, I dealt with Ahmed at the Mountainash location in Brampton. He was helpful, but their post purchase customer service NEEDS WORK. The delivery and installation staff are not reliable. I was given different dates and times, and no one showed up or even called. I had to physically go to the store to get answers because my calls were not being returned. Paid for installation, and half the job was done. Would not recommend

Hands down the best place to purchase electronics and appliances, we’ve been going to this location since 2013 and they have always been great in terms of pricing, customer service and overall satisfaction. They will guide you on what options are best if you’re unsure about features and are extremely knowledgeable. Ahmed in particular is great, such a genuine person and always very respectful.
