Princess Nails and Spa

I took six 10 year old girls here today for shellac manicures for a birthday party. We were very pleased and the girls loved their nails. Thank you!

Honestly i had such high hopes for this place , as i saw all the reviews online, but it was the biggest disappointment and waste of money . I had to refill my acyrlics they charge 50$ plus tax , and the lady did such a horrible job on them , i came in having pretty hands left with chunky unshaped very thick paste over it ! I told her many times and they just blamed it on the nail size, i told the front desk about my concern and she still charged me full price , worst case of customer satisfication , you guys should listen to what your customer wants and need.

Maya is the best, professional, attentive, sweet, accomodating. I know Maya 15 years she makes your nails look super natural. I went to see her last Tuesday practically everyday I received compliments about my nails and people asked me where do I go for my nails. It was not a surprise for me since Maya does my nails everyone stops even at the Doctors office. Love you Maya. Colan❤

Kylie is absolutely amazing! Best manicurest, especially when it comes to actually cleaning cuticles. She's so detail oriented, meticulous, and will do nothing short of a perfect job. Thank you Kylie for always making me feel my best

Treated myself to a mani/pedi on my birthday and it was the most disappointing experience ever. My daughter got hers right beside me and her foot massage lasted three times as mine. The guy doing mine seemed scared to touch me skin, I barely felt anything! Definitely not a “massage” of any sort - not to mention it was barely two mins. The manicure was equally disappointing. Same thing, like he was scared to touch my hands - and the so called hand massage lasted literally 60Seconds - I know this because the timer was on. I have been getting mani/pedi for the last 30 years and this was the worst ever. When asked how was the service - I explained my disappointment and they did not even offer me even a small discount knowing it was a birthday treat and was very disappointing.Do NOT recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Love getting massages done here Tina is absolutely amazing and my body feels soo good every time. I also have gotten my nails done by Kylie who is absolutely really smooth and amazing with the designs and over all work.

I've been to Princess Nails a few times now. And sometimes it's been great, and sometimes it's mediocre. The front desk are always pleasant. The service providers vary. Some are professional and experienced. While others are still learning, and it shows. If you decide to book with them, I suggest requesting an experienced service provider to ensure quality work.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly upon entering. Instantly offered me the colours available to look through. Informed me of the wait time and walked me to the waiting area. Lisa then approached me and welcomed me and said she will be working on my nails today. Lisa was very friendly and made light conversation throughout the service. Lisa took her time in asking and making sure I was happy with the service she was providing and was very forthcoming about pricing, etc. Did not attempt to take advantage or push more services. When she finished, she gave me her card if I'd like to book with her in the future. Very happy with the service & employers!

Very unpleasant experience, and not the first time either, I swear it's the same lady too.(Myle I believe) She complained the whole time doing my nails because I wanted them almond shaped. Not only that she kept trying to upsell me, I hate that. If I ask for something give me what I want. I do my own nails usually I just felt like pampering myself. Then she's like oh why so tense because you're complaining the whole time that your sore, the shape is horrible to work with obviously I'm gonna be tense, common human knowledge. I'm paying you to do my nails and even paid extra for the shape normally I would cut the shape before I lay down the product but hey. I couldn't even ich my hand she's like oh honey don't pick at your skin. I can tell ill have to fill them in 2 weeks cause she didn't even fill them properly... still gave the rude lady a 20$ tip hoping she'd be nice to the next person. I'm not the type to cause a scene in a nail salon. The fact you sent me out with my nails like this is astonishing, I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job considering I'm pretty sure myle has been there for quite awhile. If you don't like our job, find something else. Even if you offered to fix I wouldn't come back, salons like these are the reason I started doing my own nails.

I highly recommend Princess Nails! I go to Princess nails regularly and always have top notch service. Lily is an amazing nail technician, her work is beautiful! The owners of this salon are very welcoming and accommodating. They go beyond expectations to make customers happy. I won’t go anywhere else, give them a try, you will love it!
