The Bubble

I recently held my child's birthday party at this playground and overall it was a positive experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, with a fun and energetic atmosphere that the kids really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the event, which made everything run smoothly.The only downside was that the party room we were assigned was quite small for our group. We had requested a larger room ahead of time but unfortunately the staff were not very cooperative in that regard. Despite this issue, our kids had a blast and we appreciated the effort put forth by the staff to make our event a success.

This was the second birthday we had for our son at The Bubble. They really know how to host a kids party. Very well organized and seamless. We had several balloons (spares) that we didn’t fill with helium. They took it upon themselves to put air in those too and out for display. We were very impressed. Would wholeheartedly recommend them for hosting this type of event. A great experience.

This place is so fun! When they first opened up, it was kind of hectic. We originally had purchased tickets for the bouncy house part and arcade. Eventually we got refunded and switched to just the arcade only. Back then, they has kids and adults in the bouncy part. I’m sure now, they have adult only hours where adults can enjoy and have fun. We had to wait a bit to get into laser tag too. Again, this was during a time when restrictions just lifted and they were under staffed, so we understood the wait. Laser tag was super fun!

We hosted our daughter's birthday party there, and the staffs were amicable and very organized. What makes the bubble unique? The way they set up and decorated the party room for us. And we were even assigned an individual host who cared for all the kids while they were inside the party room. I loved the designated host, and not to mention, after the party was over, the host cleaned up the space and packed up everything for us to take home. They made our party planning easy and stress-free. All our guests were happy and well pleased with the customer service. For sure, we will be going back there. They provide table clothes, plates, cutlery etc.

It was amazing , the staff was organized and helpful . They helped me with everything from the decorations, food , directing the kids for their next activity. My party host were the sweetest , kindest and good attitude girls. My son had the best birthday party. It’s also very clean with great positive energy .

Had my sons birthday party here. It was well organized and the kids had fun. My only suggestion would be that if you are purchasing the Premier package for each child, be prepared because the video game credits that come with the cards are only worth a couple credits and the games are priced much too high. We had some disappointed kids who ran out of credits after just a couple swipes.

My son had a birthday party there. It was quite fun and he really enjoyed it. The bouncy castle is big with different obstacles. They also have the arcade section and party rooms. It is quite clean for a space with hundreds of kids. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. I would say there isn’t enough parking around to accommodate everyone.

Went here for a birthday party and the staff was very organized with the time slots. They were on top of check in, lunch, jumping time, laser tag, etc. They had staff in the jumping area as well to watch the kids but adults were also around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The eating area was also separate from all the other activities here. The games were okay and there were a lot of different activities to choose from.

I attended with my 3 kids (2, 7 and 9) for a birthday party and we absolutely loved it.We had 1 hour to play at the inflatapark to begin with and it was a touch chaotic but it helped that there were a lot of employees attending the area. There was an instance where an employee spoke up when some other children were playing a little too rough. They also had walkie talkies so they were able to communicate amongst each other. The inflatapark was large with many slides and one of the parts my kids liked the most was similar to the warped wall obstacle in America ninja warrior. They offer 3 walls side by side and the big kids loved it. They also limit the capacity in the inflatapark so it was quite spacious.We then had access to a party room for an hour. It came with someone who helped serve the pizza and cake to the kids. The server was very polite and hands-on.After pizza and cake we went to play laser tag for half an hour. The employee is able to assign the teams almost instantly and he was very efficient in explaining the rules. Inside, there are a lot of places to hide and camp (only 1 level, no climbing structures inside) and shoot each other but the kids mostly ran around chasing each other with guns. There was an attendant inside the room when a kid had an issue with their gun. We managed to play two games and the kids had a blast!Finally, we had 20 credits per kid to play at the arcade. Nothing really special at the arcade but the flashy lights and games always gets the kids.We learned that it was about $50/kid but I must say this experience was very positive for the kids.

Had my son’s birthday party here and staff were so unorganized and unhelpful.Their invite list wasn’t accurate and neither did they have any idea who had signed their waiver and who had not… which meant most parents, annoyed, had to stand in front of them and fill it out a second time. There were no paper copies and no one helped parents find the link so I was frantically texting everyone the link again.Kids enjoyed the bubble. But then came time for the arcade, where the kids were supposed to spend an entire hour. I prepaid for cards for each kid to play with which, given how many points are required for each game, lasted kids 5 minutes. Then I forked out a few hundred dollars to get more cards. The majority of them didn’t work. And when I went to the front desk, was told they must work (despite employees trying the cards and seeing they don’t work) and that “someone” would help me. For 20 minutes, I had 10 5-year old boys upset about why they can’t play… as no one came to help. I asked if they could go back into the bubble as we waited and was told no. Finally we gave up and got the kids dressed and waited for their parents. And as I’m trying to entertain these kids who are tired and disappointed, someone comes over and asked me to fill out a feedback form. While I’m greeting parents coming to get their kids, I’m being hounded for the feedback form. I filled it out expressing my displeasure and no one followed up, shockingly.This place is run by teenagers with no customer service sense whatsoever.
