Lisa helped book our trip to Italy and I can easily say that we could not have done it without her! Her patience, great knowledge and attention to detail made sure that we not only had the best deals in flights and hotels but that we were located in areas that would maximize our time there. Any time we sent Lisa a question (and there were plenty), she always responded in a timely fashion and provided us with the details we requested.
