Awful customer service, the workers at checkout continued their conversation as I walked up to be helped and the young man didn’t even make eye contact or speak a word to me besides the price… No “hello there” or any regard to my presence. Teach your employees how to have good customer service or stop hiring teenagers.

I went in a couple of months ago to pick up a new laptop and I couldn't be happier. I knew exactly what I needed, went in, asked for the model number, and was out the door within 10 minutes. No trying to upsell, no pushing things I didn't want or need, just exactly what I came for with no hassle. It's honestly hard to find straightforward service like that these days and I'm so pleased I got it here. Will definitely be back in the future!

I went to recycle some old electronics. It was 40 minutes before the store was closing. There was only one item that I needed them to check for sensitive data. I was there for over an hour. Most of the store staff got to go home while I stood there waiting and waiting. Finally, after an hour, someone came to check the one item.I know it doesn't mean anything in the big scheme of things but it did take up more time in my day than it should have.I made sure to tell them to inform the supervisor/manager.

I'm sitting here with a product that the store associate Moe" told me was Chromebook compatible. He checked his information and for sure told me that it's what I need. My wife and I want to thank Mitchell in customer service for his exemplary customer service skills. My wife and I have had some issues while doing business with Best Buy but our interactions with Mitchell have totally turned that around. Best Buy is lucky to have him as an employee. Wanted to buy a new game for XboxSX. One might think this should be a simple in and out? Customer wants item. Store has item. Customer goes into store. Customer buys item. Customer walks out. LOL WRONG. Customer walks into store. Customer grabs the case for the game he wants. As instructed on the case, customer takes this case over to web pickup to get the actual game. There are two employees there. The one is just standing there, doing nothing (seriously, he's just looking straight ahead). The other is helping someone at the counter. I'm the only person in line. The people that the one guy is helping wander off. I ask if I can get a copy of the game. The guy said I'm just helping someone." I respond: "no worries." I look over at the guy just standing there - "hey

Kahlil was really helpful and nice to deal when the store made a mistake. They charged me for my online order without me picking up. He takes his time to explain the situation and answered other questions that I had in a patient and clear way. This friendly approach made their mistake less frustrating to me.

Never get a Home Membership from them!When I was buying my PC, they told me it's just ONE month of membership and then I would cancel it.However, when second month starts I tried to cancel membership, but they said it's 12(!) months subscription and I have to pay 180$ fee to cancel it. Really?!Be careful, they lay to me and they would do this to you.
