I worked with Brady for finding our first office space in Burnside and cannot recommend him and Full Circle Realty enough. These guys are rockstars that will work with you to find exactly what you need.I approached Brady with a budget, specific parameters and an unrealistic timeline. He immediately got to work and found a space that matched my parameters and even came in under budget and within my timeline. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with the Full Circle Realty team to buy our first home in what turned out to be an incredibly challenging market - I cannot say enough positive things about our experience.Carlisle, Brady and Chris met with us together when we reached out and really took their time to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a home. We had always planned to move to Nova Scotia to retire to be close to our daughters, but we never anticipated having to buy a home virtually, in the midst of a pandemic! Thanks to Brady and Carlisle at Full Circle Realty, we found our new home and are more than excited to finally call NS our home. Brady was a tremendous support throughout the process. He always went the extra mile, answered our (my!!) many, many questions, and coordinated with our daughters in NS to meet up and do a walk through that we joined virtually. Full Circle also provided us with names of local professionals we could engage to help us in the purchasing process, and every person they recommended was equally great to deal. We were very nervous initially about buying a home virtually but Brady and Full Circle made us feel comfortable and confident in their services. There are literally not enough words to express how amazing Brady at Full Circle Realty is!Finding a commercial space for our pet resort was an incredibly long and stressful process, but every single step of the way Brady was there, being so positive, giving us advice, and keeping in regular contact with us to provide updates and let us know what he was working on.This man was literally as determined as we were to find us a space that would suit our needs, and he did!We even had an unfortunate and unexpected experience of permitting issues after signing the lease and receiving the building permits, which caused me to have to break the lease, and once again go on the hunt for a space.Without hesitation, Brady stepped up and was like, ‘No stress, we’ve got this’.Thankfully the issue worked itself out and we were able to get our original space back, but for a few months, it seemed like we were back to square one, and instead of jumping ship (like I would’ve wanted to) he didn’t even hesitate to start the search again.I’m sorry for the super long review but words cannot express how much I appreciated his help and would one million percent recommend Brady & Full Circle Realty to anyone and everyone!

Choosing the Full Circle Realty team to help us find a house was the best decision we could have made! It is amazing to have not one, but a full team of dedicated realtors working with you. As first-time home buyers, we started the process without really knowing anything about buying a house and the team really took the time to explain to us what to do, step by step. They were extremely patient, we never felt rush into buying a house and we ended up finding THE perfect home.
