Was served by Shazia worst customer service if I'm paying the full price for a sandwich I expect it be fresh and with my choice of veggies not just old looking veggies she doesn't know how to talk to customers very rude if I could give 0 stars I would. That women needs to learn how to talk to customers after all I'm giving them business they can at least be respectful

the little girls they got working here do a horrible job and don't take their job seriously. It's definitely a bad enough experience to come on here and leave a bad review. wouldn't suggest going here and would travel to another subway where the franchise owners take more care in who they hire and how they train them to act with customers.

I dont want to give even one star but there is no option for zero star I just came in the morning today at 9.45 and there was a lady dealing with me she was very rude even I can understand it is an opening time but I am the manager in Mr sub and I always open the store at 10 and sometimes customers come at 10.05 but I always treat them with a smile. Her rubbish behaviour doesn’t ended there She asked for a perfume name and when we told her she was making faces that it is very strong who is she to talk to us like that. I will suggest all my friends who come to this location to not go there again as some of them are regular. Never have such a bad experience. Even the owner should check the cameras what this girl is doing as she was on phone while making our sub. I also work at restaurant i never use phone at front. So bad service. I will suggest everyone to not go there.

I’ve been coming here almost everyday for about a month. Avanika & the other woman who works with her, are always so delightful to deal with! The bread & veggies are always fresh & the dining room is clean! Such an enjoyable experience! :)

The server Avanika needs to get replaced because of her attitude.Better need to learn customer service skills if she’s working in food industry.She’s making worst subs and end up throwing it in garbage.Great profit for the owner.

This is the second time in two days that I've gone to subway for a salad, both times the salad was under filled, the person making it didn't even ask me what I wanted inside just started putting stuff in, and lastly were extremely rude. I ordered a sweet onion chicken salad barely half a scoop of chicken, they literally scrapped the last few pieces from the bottom of the empty container. Then went and got a fresh one. Then without asking started just putting whatever in the salad.Normally I give the benefit of the doubt but two days in a row this has been the case. If iam going to spend $19 on salad (it's only 14 or so at other locations) then atleast make it to order and properly.Sorry for the extremely long detailed post but enough is enough from this franchise now.

I was here on may 7 around 7-8pm and I had the worst customer service experience of my life. The subs were great. However, the one lady working lacked basic common decency. I dined in with my friend and the lady was mopping. I worked in customer service and normally when people are eating, you dont mop so close to the customers. I was sitting she swooshed the mop over my shoes while I was eating and then insincerely said sorry" as if it wasn't her intention. Then she asks me and my friend to lift our feet so she can mop under us while we were trying to enjoy our food. My friend later got up to grab a refill

I always go to this location for years. The 2 ladies that are always there during the day Avanika and Shazia have always been lovely to deal with, and always friendly. They always make my subs great. The owner there is also very friendly.They do a great job especially since it can be crazy busy spot

My family of 3 went in to get a quick bite before an event at the CAA Centre. There was a line up of people and only one young lady working. I think she was doing fine but we quickly realized this was going to take much longer than we could wait. So we just left. Maybe time to hire some new people.

Hi today morning, I went to this location and ordered veggie pattie subway. It’s really good in taste. Avanika made that food, she doing really good job. Keeping and maintaining the work station clean which i most like from this location. Thank you!
