Charged my mother almost $500 to replace" hydrologic break line and the work done I wouldn't even imagine it passing. Also tried to charge her over $250 ($150 for an hour labour) for a hydrologic hood lift witch I bought at napa for $37.99 and installed in less then 2 min tried to charge her another over $200 to clean the headlights witch I did my self for a buck. Charged her to inspect the vehicle the first time and that inspection indicated the emergency break cable needed to be adjusted and cleaned and when she went back with the hood lift and lights already done so no longer required they Charged her again for inspection now stating the emergency break pads and hardware needed done. When I said I would do it for her for under $100 instead of paying them another $400 when (see pic) this is their quality of work they were very annoyed"

Rip off. They quoted a charge of $230 plus tax for an electrical repair. Went down the road, got it done for $20 inc labour and tax and parts. I was just shocked that if I didn’t had checked I would have been duped into paying unnecessary $200 more.

I was pleasantly surprised when the final cost came in under the estimated price. I had my exhaust system repaired December 17th. I appreciated to find that the cost was reasonable and the repairs were done in a timely, and very professional manner.

Today Colin (one of the mechanics) welded the exhaust hanger and they didn’t charge me.The other good thing about their service is their professional mechanics and that they give you the exact amount you need to pay in advance.

Went in for a car checkup, the mechanic did a good job identifying the source of the problem and the specific solution. Ordered a small part, returned for part replacement and was serviced in time.Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, and very courteous.

My daughter brought her car in because she heard a rattling sound. Coming from the passenger side of the car. They looked at it said that everything was fine and heard no nothing. The car is still making noise and she is scared to drive it. Now I have no car because she is using mine. I am displeased by this inconvenience. I will be taking her car elsewhere for a tune up.

I have been a customer of mufflerman for over 40 years. I recently was in Kitchener 3 hours from home and had a problem with my front left wheel. Ron the manager and his team took my truck in and fixed my problem and I was on my way. Thank you for your excellent service..

Pathetic and unprofessional. I have been given time o 12:30 PM. I left my work and ask them to check my car as soon as possible. I kept on waiting for 15 but the representative keep on saying it will be check in couple of min. Finally I request them to give me a time, which I can align with my other commitments. But there is no firm idea of time. Instead they were unprofessional and rude. I decided to leave without the work done. I will never go again and will not suggest to anyone.Thanks!

Went in for 10 am appointment,got in on time,had a bit of an exhaust leak,here one of the bolts broke so they changed both ,done in 10 minutes and no charge,Thanx Brandon,awesome service
