Strange place. I've tried to do business a few times here over the years. Salesman I dealt with was odd and no help, counter people seemed to hate their job. I got the feeling that unless you're a 7 figure account they have no interest in you. I have much better luck at Emco.

Called for a furnace part in the in winter months and would not help us out. Just stated The don't sell retail" although they do carry the part the rather see people freeze I guess. Sad when people and companies prioritize money over an emergency."
