Walked in, donut counter empty. Stood at the counter for several minutes. I was completely ignored by the one staff member that I saw at the drive thru window. So I left and went to the other Tim Hortons in town that is actually run properly!!

Drive-Thru at Kingsville/DivisionRd location had 4 vehicles in line up. It took almost 20 minutes to get an order for a single coffee. That is pathetically unacceptable. Staff at window said long wait was due to a big order. Do Management & Staff not know when a big order comes in, they should have vehicle drive ahead and park, so as to keep drive thru patrons moving at a reasonable pace? I plan to call store manager and voice my concerns, and if service does not improve, I will take my business to a restaurant that understands the concept of Drive-Thru"."

Coffee and hot chocolate, how can you mix this up . Two things. My grandson was looking so forward for his hot chocolate. Got it home a coffee, they gave two coffees no hot chocolate. And don't go with gift card, the guy said it doesn't work. He pretended to scan it. I knew it worked used it the day before at Timmy's on main street in kingsville. I won't go back. If you don't take gift cards put a sign cash only.

This is a brand new Tim Hortons. When we went in there was 1 guy sitting at table drinking a coffee. We waited 20 mins at the counter to order. Then, when we finally ordered, we waited 40 mins for the food to be prepared. There was 4 people working behind the counter and like I said only 1 guy with a coffee sitting. I ordered a chilli and sandwich and pop which is suppose to be a combo. The guy also said the chilli is same price as soup(which dont believe them when they tell u this because, its not). The total, which at the time, I didnt pay an attention to must have been over $26 because I scanned a $10 gift card and the total was still $16 owing. My son ordered the same sandwich and a soup and pop and his bill was $13. Only difference was I got a chilli he got a soup but we were told soup and chilli are same priced in the combo. So I was ripped of there, for sure. Then the food finally was done 40 mins later. What a joke!. I should have got the hint when 1 of the employees came in with diary queen and sat down to eat. The soup and chilli were cold and the sandwiches could not have got any smaller if they tried. 3 bites and the sandwich was gone. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible prices for the food you get and terrible waiting to order and get food inside this place. Avoid this tim Horton's. We will never go back he again.

Last time getting my business, figured it was learning pains from being new but enough time has passed now, some of the staff can't speak or understand English, let alone figure out how to put a Lid on a Cup. Today the girl hands out a Coffee where the lid pops off and dumps coffee all over my car, then closes the window acting like she didn't see it. When I asked for napkins to clean the mess she was incredibly rude, unfortunately I'm unable to give zero stars.Time for some retraining and I would start with basic English and Manners!

There’s clearly poor management with this location on Division Rd when a small straight forward order just can’t be done. Ordered 2 coffees, 10 pack timbits, farmers breakfast wrap, but instead received only 1 coffee made wrong, 20 pack timbits, regular breakfast wrap. It took 3 employees to try and fix the order gathering around the drive through window and holding up the entire line plus most don’t speak proper English so you can’t understand them….unacceptable.

No one understands English they think cream cheese is butter makes coffee's wrong for my whole van load. Under stocked products literally nothing was available that was substantial to eat. HIRE CANADIANS

Staff is kind and courteous. The store is kept clean and landscape with bubbling rock beautiful and unique to this location. Just a pleasure to dine in or to use the drive through. I am a regular for sure!
