One of my favorite stores, looking for something hard to find? DVD, or cd? If it is in their system they will track it down for you. Excellent 5* service. Friendly store.

Selection is good. Found copy of Manhattan Project; one of my favourite 80s movies. Have never failed to be acknowledged/ greeted within minutes of entering the store. Staff have always been friendly and eager to help find that gem you're looking for. Also enjoy going through their vinyl records and they have never flinched at returns/ exchange on LP's. A new year and Deja Vu continues with top notch service and an excellent selection of DVD 's as well as undiscovered treasures in their selection of vinyl..you never know what you'll find.

Great selection of used CDs, Blu-rays, DVDs and vinyl. Staff are helpful when answering questions and sourcing items at other Deja vi Disc locations.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Vinyl, DVDs, Blu-ray, 4K, Criterion, these folks have it all. Also if you are looking for even more gems, they have an amazing LGBTQ++ section as well as many foreign and import titles. 10/10. ❤️

Wow, incredible place for cd's and dvd's bluray etc. Save a ton. Rock solid return policy. Staff are awesome to talk to and great taste in music.

Had a terrible experience with the customer service here. 1st we were charged $15 for a cd we never bought and the cashier there (skinny guy with the hat) said he couldn’t do anything. We were initially there to exchange a game that was within their return period and was told that “they don’t sell game with scratches”, accusing us of lying. We could not find any scratches on the game and blu ray games are impossible to scratch. The sales rep was just being rude and set in his ways and we felt too much hostility from his end. We clearly had the receipt and the stickers were still on the game that was bought, we usually have a wonderful time with the Scarborough location but definitely never coming back to this Oshawa one. Buyer beware. Lost a returning costumer.

Have been shopping there for 20 plus years for cds and recently started collecting 4k movies. Bought the 4k movie Arrival there for $21.99 used and thought price seemed high. Checked Amazon on phone when returned home and it was cheaper new on their site. Called the store to see if I could return it and was basically told they wouldn't return it for that reason. Definitely my fault as a consumer as should have realized the price seemed too high but their lack of doing anything ensures that is the last purchase I ever make there.
