This place is terrible. They botched alterations on a pair of pants and refused to give me my money back and also did a bad job on a shirt. They charged me to dry clean a coat that I did not ask to have dry cleaned, and again, refused to delete the charge. I will not be returning here. Go anywhere else in town.

RIPPED OFF!!! I took an item for alteration, when I asked for the price, she said she does not know. When the day I pickup my item, she charged me for $99.44 for shorten the length, sleeves and body adjustment. As I do know how to sew, so this alteration is quite simple tasks. $99.44 for not even 1 hour job!!! Unbelievable! Would never go back!!!!You must make sure to agree on the price before drop off your item for alteration. If they said they do not know how much they will charge you, DO NOT drop you item.

Extremely friendly and efficient service! They went above and beyond and even helped me to carry my items out to my car since I had many. Good price and great service! I recommend them.

Fast!Friendly!Even almost fun!We waited while the young lady sewed two buttons on my hubs' jacket. Haven't seen service like that in a very long time!

Not even worth one star!! Horrible place to deal with so rude and very unprofessional. I took a dress in to be altered (just the hem at the bottom very simple) there was a young girl working and I asked the price she said “I don’t know but maybe $20 but we can call you before heming to give a firm price”...... I said ok pls call me before processing because if it is more then $20 I’m not going to go ahead with it I will go elsewhere. The young girl said ok. Three days later I received a txt and it said “the alteration will be $13.90 plus tax”... I said great please go ahead with the alteration. Three days after that I got a call saying “your dress is ready and it is $22.60 plus tax”.... I said no I was quoted $13.90 plus tax and never would I ever agreed to over $20 for a straight simple hem. Needless to say when I went in to pick up the dress and showed the owner the txt I got she still refused to honour the amount that was texted to me (I showed her the txt) not to mention she was awfully awfully ignorant. I use to and I emphasize use to take all alterations there. I will not be returning and will also be spreading to family and friends And social media how terrible that place is to go. The owner should be ashamed of herself.

We moved from an ares which had a fabulous cleaners.So pleased to have found another fabulous cleaners.Do personable and welcoming.

I don't know why their rating is so low! I've been coming regularly with my clothes for a while now and the service is just wonderful. They do a great job dry cleaning every time.

Went in to pick up my shirts only to realize they haven’t been ironed properly, so i asked if they could re-press the area that was crumpled. They lady at the front did so,she came back with my shirt but was extremely rude and i quote “next time i wont do iron for you, dont ask this”. As though it isn’t part of their job to provide a good service or do it properly the first time round. I left after being frustrated and overcharged!!! Would never go back!!

Absolutely RUINED a brand new $600 jacket. When I brought it up, said it was because it was old. (jacket was brand new, worn once) This was the VERY first time it was cleaned. Then told me they followed the care instructions and it wasn't their fault. Care instructions said dry clean only".....lol Offered no recourse and still had me pay $15 for destroying my item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

When no one else I called in our neighbourhood could dry clean my husband's suit on Friday for pick up Saturday for his company Christmas party that night, Atlantis Cleaners did it well and on time! Thank you so much! My husband looked great and we had a wonderful night out.
