Very friendly. Prompt service. Fair prices. Beat out PS for the price on a OEM starter. Definitely will be my first place to go for small electric motor repair or replacement. side note: I wasn't aware this building was one if the first branches of the Saskatoon Public Libraries.

Always had great experiences with phoenix. Great family-run business and fair prices. I’m disappointed that they threw away my starter after I was unable to return their one phone call within 7 business days. I can appreciate that they are not a storage facility, however, I am not always contactable and would appreciate a longer period of grace and/or a second attempt at communication before disposing of my property.

The staff/owners at Phoenix Starter Alternator Repair had my 1998 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 alternator in and out the same day (rebuilt). Got everything installed and it works great.
