Diana is a consummate movement professional. In my experience with Diana, as my Osteofit instructor, Diana provides 60 minutes of clearly guided, useful and effective training. Her explanation is motivating, yet realistic. I feel confident in the instruction and know that Diana is looking to help and educate. Diana's class is probably one of the most valuable sessions from which I will reap many future physical benefits ... and ... adding to the testimonial, my husband joins me in the class!!

I have been doing group exercises on line with Diana since the start of COVID. I can honestly say that in my long experience exercising across Canada she is the best instructor I have had. She is caring, careful, knowledgeable, methodic and even fun.She shares her knowledge willingly and engages participants in discussion and input. She tailors the classes to participants' abilities and I am speaking from experience as a mature adult with hip replacements (both).I would highly and warmly recommend Diana as a movement instructor.Yona

Fantastic fitness instruction at all levels -- beginner, moderate, advanced.Diana is highly motivational and uses her 20+ years of expertise to guide you safely to be stronger, fit and have way more energy.Started at ground zero and she has helped me dramatically improve my results without injury. Awesome private sessions and classes. Heartily recommend Diana as a movement coach and fitness leader!

I have been taking Diana's virtual classes for quite a while now and I can honestly say she is the best exercise instructor I have had. She really takes time to plan each class with a focus on bone health. Her sessions are motivating and challenging with plenty of variety to keep me focused. Kudos to Diana for her wonderful classes!

Diana is able to adapt the movements to fit the needs of those who are mobility-challenged, and her classes were always fun and encouraging for me. I didn't feel I had to a skinny young thing in Lycra to participate, and I found the exercises very beneficial. I no longer need analgesics very often and I've become more limber and have better balance. Highly recommended!

Diana is very passionate about what she does. Not only is she knowledgeable in all she teaches but she talks to her clients about their abilities and health concerns and uses the information to provide each client with a class that best incorporates their abilities and needs. It’s not unusual to hear her offer modifications to her clients that best suit their ability during class to ensure it’s safe and beneficial for them. Her wealth of information and follow up to concerns sets her apart as an instructor. She really cares about what she does and constantly challenges herself to learn more. There is no one better.

Diana's exercises are practical as she provides movement for everyday use. Strength and bone fitness are top of mind as we age and Diana gives practical advice, exercise and stretch classes to support ourselves. I would highly recommend her weekly classes for Osteofit or Bone Fitness or Stronger Bones or Yoga for Bones as all movement provides support for our daily practice.
