Spoke with Jeff regarding a return of a rainfall shower. His first question was why are you bringing it back to Gardner. I told him it didn't fit my plumbing set up. After telling me he wouldn't accept it I mentioned any other Auction house would. He simply said yeah we do do that. There was nothing wrong with the product. I will not be supporting Gardner again. Maybe the staff shouldn't be so ignorant to the people keeping them employed. Buyer Beware!

Great place to get deals. Looks sketchy outside and the parking is awful but insides pretty good. The showroom is fun to walk around.

quality has gone down hill, like Encore, now i'm getting items missing parts and its a HASSLE having to deal with Jeff. Thanks but i'm out. not worth it.

Quick easy location to stop for the auction. Not the best for parking as it is located on Dundas and has limited parking spots.Staff were friendly and have three attendants on staff to check you out and get your product.Always a pleasure.

Really disappointed to get my order home and to find that ALL ITEMS EXPIRED by 1-2 years!After looking at their auctions once again it's all just expired food and used products. That seems like a very shady business practiceI am pleased that the staff handled this correctly and refunded my order as they falsely advertised the items. But this is absolutely unacceptable ...Will not be returning.

Tried to return a faulty UPS (purchased for 50$ great deal if it was working) on Saturday but they said they couldn’t accept technical returns on Saturday. When I asked for a favour so I didn’t have to come back on Monday, the associate got very hostile, which I found to be very disrespectful & was complaining to the prior customer about how busy he was at work.If on Monday I get better customer service I will change my review even if they don’t accept the return.For now, I will NOT shop here anymore, Encore and Mackenzie auctions are a lot more professional & have a lot better customer service.

Pleasant staff.stand by their offers..fair..Will be changing my rating to 3 stars based on their new policy to not hold items even though i was a regular customer and asked..and new policy to add $1 to every item which means a big increase on small items...

I love this place very honest people they try their very best to describe the item as best as they can. Their return policy is excellent, even though they described the item very well, and I rarely ever need to return there anything. I will continue shopping there for as long as they are in business.
