This place has missed items I have ordered multiple times. Today was the 3rd time. Very disappointing from a restaurant that takes their sweet time to make an order.

The food is good, but they may need to sharpen their operating processes. Expect to wait for your food. I ordered one big mary and it was a 15 min wait. The customer service was great though, just really really really slow. Especially the blonde woman in the back we watched her move at slug speed, while the guy in the front was taking a bunch of orders and answering phone calls.

UPDATE: customer service was great and got back to me promptly to try and resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciate. Will be trying this location again when I am back in Windsor and if all goes well, I will gladly update my rating.I was so excited to have this today while visiting my friend but I have to say I’m so disappointed! The chicken was soggy, the fries were EXTREMELY salty and they forgot one of my sides, which I paid extra for. Not the quality I’m used to from Mary Brown’s. Complete waste of money given that we took a couple bites and threw the rest away. I would’ve returned it had it not been for the fact that we bought take out and don’t live near the restaurant.

(UPDATE- As expected, no reply to my email again, way to stay consistent. Horrible customer service, It's not even about the $50 anymore, it's the fact you think it's ok to treat people like this.Do I have to show up in person?)... I paid over $50 for a delivery order I never received, this was over a month ago. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email with no reply. This is not how you treat customers, I have been a loyal mary browns customer in Orangeville and Brampton for close to 40 years... I guess things are different here in Windsor. I won't buy food from a place that first of all does not deliver the food, but when finding out you didn't receive your order they completely ignore it. I wish I could give them 0 stars. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER VALUE!! yeah right, I read all the replies from other reviews and they tell you to email the website. That is why I am writing a bad review a month later, because they don't reply to the email.

The food was okay. Most of it was bland. I expected taters, but I was given some chunky, fried potato wedges (they were bland too). I was bummed out that I didn't get the taters as advertised and how Mary Brown's prides itself for doing so. I ordered a Mary Brown's original chicken sandwich, the batter was crispy, but the chicken lacked flavour.I also had to go back to the cashier to ask for salt and other condiments since the food was bland, I think this kind of food is good for people who don't like anything condiment-wise on their food, like the elderly or people with dietary restrictions. I could've given them 3 stars but I feel there is room for improvement like paying more attention to the customer rather than socializing in the kitchen and giving more flavour to the food; a little salt is ok.

We had ordered a bunch of food for our company, and I must say we all were very happy with the quality of food!The biscuits and macaroni were amazing and fresh.Overall had a great experience and will be back!

Clear rip-off of KFC. The catch: KFC has gone way downhill, and the quality of both the food and service at Mary Brown's is a million times better than what I usually get at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Therefore, thumbs-up, five-stars to Mary Brown's for improving on and going above and beyond KFC - a restaurant chain that no longer functions, IMO.

This was our first visit and are very impressed. My husband got the original big Mary combo with a poutine. He enjoyed it very much and is a very picky eater so that says a lot. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which is so awesome to get now because nobody else carries one. It was the best one I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! It was definitely the best one I've ever had and I will definitely be coming back. I do not do breaded chicken because it is way too much for my stomach. The taters we're good the breading is nice but when I first read it I was thinking I was getting tater tots so that is obviously going to be confusing for many people, but they were very good. We also got the pickle chips with the honey dill sauce and oh my goodness those were amazing! I did read the review about needing salt and I can say that not everything needs a ton of salt, this is coming from a salt aholic. Maybe offering salt packages to your customers would be a great idea. I think that would be the only thing I would suggest. We will definitely be back.

First time ordering here the food was bland and seemed stale.I gave it a second chance bc I heard that the food is usually good at their Ottawa location.I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious. I especially love the gravy which tastes like my mom's.

Chicken sammich mediocre. Nothing like I remember when I first went to MB in Port Elgin. Fries bland (and they don't even have ketchup to put on them, which is bizarre for a fast food joint). App has offers that are only good if you are dining in couples (2-for-1 etc. type offers).
