Fantastic customer service, helped me make sure i could check out and everything online when i was running into issues with very friendly and quick service. When they went to verify they had the item on the website, they realized they were out of stock, but then offered to upgrade me to a similar model that was the next teir up free of charge or some other options.Considering im a first time customer thats pretty wild. Shipping was very quick, and well pacakaged to protect the amp. They also followed up afterwards to ensure i was satisfied with everything. I wish i lived closer to their brick an mortar store because i would be a frequent visitor.

Sam is such an amazing person! He helped me through all the process of ordering and getting my order on time, I explained to him how important this was to me and he got this ready for me in 2 days as he promised, when I told him I probably was not gonna be able to pick up the order he offered free shipping, even though I didn’t take his kindly offer I definitely appreciate the willingness to make this whole process easier for me.Thanks Sam, you got yourself a new loyal customer!

This store is awesome! it has a TON of guitars and the stock on the website is accurate. Sam is great, super helpful and friendly. I live far from the store, and I told him over the phone that I wasn't gonna be able to get there before closing time, and he offered to stay later and wait for me to get there!! thanks to him and his excellent customer care, I came home today with a GORGEOUS Alexi Laiho signature ESP guitar. I've always dreamed of having this guitar and now thanks to Sam, I got it. 10/10!

I got what I was after, was well packed and once it was shipped it arrived in 3 days. Problem is, I prefer dealing with staff that honors their word. Initially service seemed great and I thought I found a new place to buy new gear from but now I'm hesitant and will likely try somewhere else. The only local music store's head office (LA Music's competition) kind of irked me and lost a pretty good long time loyal customer. This was my first attempt finding a replacement for 'Canada's largest music store' chain.

I Purchased a Fender American Vintage II 1961 Stratocaster in Fiesta Red with L.A. Music. Honestly, it's the best Stratocaster I ever owned. It play beautifully and it sound so darn good. Just like it should. It's not my first experience with L.A. Music and certainly not the last. They always gave me a first class service. Sam is an amazing guy to deal with.

Recently did an online order and was very impressed. Ordered on a weekend evening and still managed to quickly send me a message from a live person regarding stock availability and when I could expect my guitar. I messaged with another question through the week and again got a quick concise reply. Super customer service for sure. I will order from here again.

Years ago, the owner charged me $10 cash for a cardboard box for my guitar..literally out of the trash. I was 15 and didnt know that other guitar stores give boxes away for free. I never bought anything from this store since and never will.

Got my Lovely Ibanez RG550. Sam from LA music has been a great help! Was super quick on the response, update changes to billings and addresses. Even helped me with splitting the payments into 2 instalments.Guitar also arrived right on time as estimated!Thank you Sam.
