Outstanding dipped soft-serve cones(and I recommend upgrading to a waffle cone). An excellent assortment of chocolate dips that were delicious. I would have liked if the vanilla ice cream was a little more ‘vanilla-y’ as it’s flavour was overwhelmed by the chocolate coating.

Staff were friendly and efficient, I love the chocolate - it’s so unique and so Canadianly-made sweet. Thank you for letting me experience the 75% dark chocolate, it’s so yummy! Highly recommended, will truly go back and try some other chocolates.. thank you!

This is an honest review and not necessarily reflects how they function.They have great chocolate recipe but this time was different in sherbrooke!Normally I go to Montreal branches and they do the mini half way to the waffle cone and then they dip it which I understand. At this branch on purpose I got the small size to have it filled better with ice cream and properly dipped but here they did fill it like a mini and they added chocolate with a spoon on it. I told the employee about it and she was like defending herself and saying oh this is how we do it here! She wasn’t the person who would say oh let me check with my manager or she tried to solve the issue better!

I'm in Visit here from windsor. My cousin suggested this place with their poutin ice cream.I tried it and i was absolutely delicious. Everyone coming to sheerbroke should try this place!

Have been craving this specific ice cream place for 5 months since I moved to Ontario. The cream is great; the chocolate cover is think and so good! It doesn’t melt or fall apart like others just by touching it. Also the picture that shows the real size of the different options is super useful.

I did reply to your survey. I am not looking for a freebie just letting you know that staff do not know what they don't know. They believe that they are correct in sizing. I see another review similar to my experience so you have a problem.

2021 December 4★Lot's of positive reviews, so wanted to stop by.The store, opened I believe since 1979, is nicely decorated inside and the chocolate offerings are plenty from boxed chocolates, ice cream, cakes, hot chocolate and individual pieces of chocolates.The chocolate half balls themselves are made of sustainable cocoa. Lots of flavors. Flavor profiles of each are good. Pricewise, it's not too too expensive for what it is.The soft ice cream itself isn't that good IMO, but the thick chocolate shell it was covered in was great, was super rich and thick. Couldn't finish a petite (small) given how thick it was. If your unsure, I'd suggest starting with a mini.The regular chocolate was as expected. A hard shell. The Chocolate Hazelnut dip was better I find, it's shell a bit softer than regular milk chocolate.Would come again.Would recommend checking it out.
