Tara's Daycare

New owners took over this place, gave me two weeks to find a new daycare as they had no way to transport my child to and from school. Bullying is also a large issue in this daycare.

Came in to this daycare in January 2019 for a tour. On this tour I was told I could leave a $50 holding fee to guarantee his spot for July and it was refundable. I'm now moving to the other side of the city so my son will not be able to go here. I called April 1st and explained to the manager and asked for my deposit back, she said sure and that she would have the owner contact me to set it up. A week and a half goes by, no call. So I contact the daycare again, and she then tells me it is actually non refundable and the money I gave was to register my son... what?? I asked multiple times for the owner to call me, the manager kept talking over me so I finally hung up. NO CALL from the owner. THEN, I wrote a review on facebook, which the owner replies that they need my number, they have it, or to call the daycare ( I have twice). She finally calls me the next day and practically calls me a liar, that there's no way her staff would misinform someone, even on an accident. If you cant see mistakes can be made on your end, I would hate to have my child in this daycare when something goes wrong. I'm so glad I found a wonderful daycare elsewhere. If you're stuck in the area, check out Skyview Daycare! They're not much further than this one, if I move back to the area I'll definitely put my son in there!

My grand daughter went here for a short time. I found the owner to be very caring and the staff to be friendly and helpful to the kids. Being a development worker in the field it's nice to see such a caring involved owner.

Poor management, had a very bad experience as a parent (my boy never liked the place, now he goes to different day care and he loves it.)I asked for tax receipts but the so called manager told me to pay $15! (For what?)Definitely not returning my kids to this place. Not recommending either!!!!
