Very convenient location in the heart of midtown.The station is clean and comfortable with easy parking that is well lit and secure.The station's fixtures and waiting area are a little tired, but the staff make up for it with their friendly, good-natured attitudes.I recommend going on a couple train rides a year to one of our neighboring towns like Jackson, Kalamazoo, or Chicago for a day or overnight trip on the train.

I Really Love Riding on the Train and they are So Kind and accommodating and i had so much fun and I had a Time of my life. Especially when it was the day before Thanksgiving that I went out to go visit my Little Sister and Nephew. And everything done turned out Great afterwards. and on my way back it was one quite the Adventure that I can't explain how much I done enjoy my Trip on the Train and especially when it is early in the morning and I gotta tell you. Most of the time my eyes was only looking out the window because I didn't wanna miss anything spectacular like the Rivers,Parks,Bridges,Tunnels,Old Buildings,Abandoned Junk Yards, Abandoned Machine Factories and watching other Trains passing by and hearing the Noise Coming from the Train as I was laying back in my seat Smiling and feeling Blessed that I had a incredible experience on the Train to and from. And dispite of the Negative reviews I gotta say this Amtrak is Worth the money and Worth the Quality to Travel On and Trust and Believe it is not gonna be my Last Time. it's because I can't wait to I see my Love Ones Again Real Soon Thanks Amtrak YOU ARE THEEEE BEST!!!!!!!!

Either late or canceled. The train to Chicago is a worst nightmare to any of the plans you may have made. Amtrak is turning into a lost cause which is a national shame.

I stopped in and made a ticket purchase with ease. Amtrak had my back and I appreciate them for their years of dedicated, get away services.

What a nice way to travel!No gas to pay for,no traffic and construction,and if cars would stay off the tracks, no delays!

Always a great train ride. The coach attendant gave us in the lower level (Sr's) the 1st class treatment. Getting our food fron the lounge car. The burgers are great.

Train has always been on time. Workers aren't that friendly but that's whatever!Overall the experience has been pleasant.

Amtrak train is located in the Detroit area. Nice clean waiting room. Super friendly attendance is very helpful, and restrooms are available. Seating is available for patrons waiting to board trains.
