Always like going there. I find they're very helpful and well informed on their products. They're very friendly and helpful at making your own bracelets, but can be pricey depending on which stone or gem you get.

I purchased a ring and half of the gems fell out the next day. I have called a few times for replacement and keep getting told the manager will call me back? Its been a month since my purchase.

Wonderful lady that served me. She was knowledgable,helpful. She didn't have a certain item I needed and I planned to return as she said she would get it from her home supply. It was a very small item. She actually didn't charge me for it. I'm a customer for sure that was happy with shopping in her store.

I like supporting locally owned businesses but it's getting harder and harder to be a loyal cusyomer here. I go to this place specifically for Kameleon jewellery and they are one 1 of 3 place in Edmonton that sell this brand. I place an order via email well over a 2 months ago. I got a response apologising for a late reply we are talking a month, the person said they were having email issues and asked if I still wanted the order. Hmmmm yep. I was @ WEM this past weekend so I stopped in yo see if my order had arrived I was told no even though the associate never asked for my name. I still haven't received a response to my email where I said I still wanted my order.

Great place to go for local bread crafting. They will offer to make it for you as well! Friendly staff as well. They have one of the few loose bead offerings that edmonton seems to have none of. You can find wood, plastic, metal beads and pendants. There's premade jewelry as well for gifting.

I was window shopping but was drawn to this store. They have a really large variety of beads to make jewelry. The prices are very reasonable I'll definitely be back. If you want to make something unique for yourself or someone else I would recommend checking it out. Very cool place check it out. Lower level phase 3 below the theatre at WEM on the right side of the mall.

Staff was very helpful. I went in looking for a specific item. I got what I needed for a very reasonable price.
