My family overall feeling towards this company is so poor, that is was a shame that I had to still give one star. Beware of your dealings with them and when you buy one of there homes.There communication is so poor and there and dealing with them on warranty issue is down right depressing!!! Make sure that you have lots of people with you and describe everything you see is wrong and make sure that they don't rush you though your pre-move in (walk through)... and point out every thing that is wrong and make sure it's on paper and you get a copy. They are shady......Read all the reviews and the Owners who have purchased one of there units and make sure that you have all dealings on paper. They are at least dishonest and I will never buy or recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy. Cheers......

They had terrible customer service! The officeManager took seven weeks to get someone to come and see the problem I was having and gave excuse after excuse and kept saying they’d “put me on the list” which was a complete lie. i emailed or called every week at least once and she just sweetly put me off every time. I think they were just hoping I’d give up and go away.

I’ve seen multiple units and buildings done by this company, great quality and most clients are very satisfied. 10 out of 10 recommend, and looking to purchase more myself!

My parents and their friends both bought in one of their developments and have been extremely happy with their new homes and their overall experience with Reddale...Would highly recommend this builder!

We bought a condo built by this company and have happy overall with the product. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. I want to be clear that the crews who come to your home to do repairs have been great. the customer service department is another story. Our first call to the service was to the Emergency" line on a Sunday when I called to say the lights in both bathrooms had gone out and I can hear sparking in the electrical panel. I finally got a call back and was told by the person on call ( Linda ) "I turn my phone off at night". I told her my issue which didn't seem to concern her although this is a fire hazard. I was then told " I have never had to called an electrican out on a Sunday before". She did not even get back to me. I called her again later that day to find out what was going on and was told to stop calling this number and call the office instead. we were without lights in both of our bathrooms for 3 days.My next experience was having a closet door replaced as part of our deficiencies it took 9 months and only after I emailed every manager in the company. Finally in my 1 year deficiencies there is a bedroom door which is to be replaced. I submitted this in January 2016 it was measured in May 2016 and I am still waiting. Today is March 27 2017.Love the product hate the after sale service!!!!"

This company is a rip off, all their work is complete crap and they do not fix anything. They will try to do anything to get out of fixing the mistakes they made. Anything that is a deficiency they will not fix because they say it is either tampered with or vandalized. I bought a brand new condo from these thieves and regret it. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
