Observation Tower of Montmorency Falls
The two videos below are from August last summer. I stopped by this place on my way from Montreal to Quebec at that time. The view of the waterfall was cool. If you go to Quebec, I think it's worth visiting at least once. It's a walking distance without having to take a cable.

When you go up to top. There are bee hives and veggie garden behind the restaurant.Very impressive area. Relax and you should be able to enjoy the fresh air and nature.

Observation Tower of Montmorency Falls
From here you have wonderful views of the falls. This is a must see attraction how much is 10–15 minutes from downtown Quebec city. You could either park in the lower area and take a gondola up or in the upper area and take a nice hike to the bridge that crosses over to the observation tower. The balls are magnificent and they are actually 10 m higher than Niagara Falls!

Great viewing spot for seeing the whole waterfalls and surrounding. Several lookouts on the way up/down. It might be a physical challenge for some people, because the number of steps and elevation. During tourist season steps can get quite crowded, be ready. It is worth it!

I love this place, be careful during the snowy/rainy season because it’s very slippery. I don’t recommend someone with fear of heights to come here either
