Quality Trophies & Engraving

Reasonable prices and great variety of services are available compared to most engraving places. Service is very slow though, and seems to be a bit disorganized. If you need something engraved, you basically got to give them 2 months notice to get anything done on time with confidence. Otherwise if you ask for a quick turn around the people give you a stressed look.. and I don’t like to pressure anyone. Last I was there no one seemed to know what was going on and everyone’s just kind of accidentally running circles around each other.

Absolutely incredible service. Quality trophies was able to do some last minute engraving for a Christmas present I needed to get personalized. They were friendly and helpful throughout. They contacted me to clarify some details and provide suggestions for the best way to proceed with having a service coin engraved. In the end, it was ready the next day, looked great and made the gift I was giving my son perfect.Thanks so much to both ladies who made it all work seamlessly.

The women that helped me were amazing. It was a difficult request for champagne glasses but the ladies made it work. I would definitely highly recommend this business.

Working with Quality Trophies & Engravings was, to put it mildly, a mixed bag. Getting a quote was undeniably challenging, as I had to reach out four times to receive the information I needed. The lack of timely communication was frustrating and definitely an area that could be improved.Additionally, during one of my calls to the store, I had an unsatisfactory interaction with a staff member who came across as rude and aggressive. This certainly didn't leave a good impression and negatively affected my overall experience.However, not everything was negative. After expressing my discontent, the company responded with a sincere apology and tried to make up for it with speedy workmanship, which I appreciated. Their attempt to rectify the situation shows they value customer satisfaction, which is a promising quality.However, the final product wasn't without flaws. The design on my water bottle was not aligned to my specifications, and the logo was noticeably off-center. While not a major issue, it was certainly not what I had requested.In conclusion, while Quality Trophies & Engravings demonstrated some strengths such as willingness to apologize and quick turnaround times, their communication and attention to detail left much to be desired. My overall rating is 3 out of 5 stars – with improvement in these areas, they have the potential to truly shine.

I asked if they did engravings, they said yes. When I arrived I continued using the word engraving and they said they could do it. When I arrived to pick up my order it was printed, not engraved, and then they told me they don't do engravings anymore. The lady at the from then tried to justify that printed was better than engraved. If I wanted it printed I could have had that done five minutes away from my house rather than the 30 minute drive both ways to quality trophies. I am very unimpressed with this experience and the customer service.
