It was an emergency stop coming into Factory Muffler, as I’m from a far way and my muffler was hanging on the ground. I came here in desperation and talked to Al. Without no hesitation he got my truck in as soon as possible and was very friendly and thankfully because of him I was on my way home within an hour!

Great service but their pricing is on the high end of the scale. But if you can't wait then most days they offer 24 hr turnaround or less on vehicle service unless it's something major. By 24 hr turnaround I mean you can usually book your vehicle for service one day by a reasonable time and have it back by the end of the day the next day. Its all about what you can afford in the end and if you can do without your vehicle for more than 1 day.
