When planning for our 47th Wedding Anniversary, I called Ron at X. O. Fine Jewelry and discussed purchasing an Amethyst pendant for my wife Debbie. Not long after our discussions, Ron sent me an image of a pendant that he custom designed that met all of the specifications that we discussed. After approving the design, Ron went to work, and even though it was during a very busy time at Christmas with a few supply challenges, he still came through on time and on budget. When he delivered the final product, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful his unique design turned out! Debbie loved it and will cherish this beautiful and unique pendant forever! Ron and his business partner fit me in very last minute to address some big concerns I had and were great at soothing my anxiety and taking a thorough look at the ring in question. They ultimately found a major error in the ring, which I already had big concerns about. They just confirmed what I already suspected.The horrible company that we got my original engagement ring from gave us the absolute run-around and not only refused to fix the MANY errors on my ring, but then proceeded to take it from me under the false pretence of taking some measurements" to make a replacement and STILL have not returned it three months later.After months of trying to the ring back from them

Ron designed the perfect piece to help us celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. He took the time to very patiently work with us and listen to what we wanted in terms of type and quality of stones, metals, style, etc. and met with us a few times before we landed on the final design. The piece exceeded our expectations and even came with an appraisal which we were not expecting. Ron is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and I strongly recommend him. I will start by saying that my experience with XO Fine Jewelry was very positive - you can trust XO with your jewelry investments. I committed to create a custom ten year diamond anniversary (solitaire) ring for my wife and before a friend recommended XO to me to build my custom diamond ring, I searched online diamond wholesalers and several shops around town... the sales associated were highly focused on selling me any diamond and little focus on ensuring I was getting what I wanted and for the best value for my investment. I also did a lot of research to understand diamond grading and the ins and outs of making a good purchase, but when dealing with a large investment for so little real estate (6.5mm) I needed to be sure I was getting every little bit of quality that I was paying for... I found this to be quite a stressful experience. I then met with Ron at XO and instantly the fit felt right. Ron created the ring to perfection! The diamond was super clean with a ton of fire and sparkle, and the price was more than fair. Ron was so amazing, zero sales pressure, he understood exactly what I wanted, and he delivered an exceptionally amazing custom ring. He also repaired some of my other jewelry. Ron was tentative and listened to my dream vision for my “mother ring”. (Gem stones representing my kids and diamonds representing mom and dad.) Although it took longer than expected for the ring to be finished, I couldn’t be happier. This ring I will treasure for the rest of my life. It was definitely worth the wait.I did find I had to initiate communication with Ron for updates and follow-up. I just had some rings and a pendant I no longer wore redesigned into two beautiful pendants. I had such a positive experience with XO Jewelry. Ron took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and then designed two stunning pieces using the jewelry I had and adding a couple of other stones to make the one pendant that much more special.
