Shameful bank. When I bought my car, I gave the void check for my checking account and for the first 2 years, there was no issue. However in 2020 the payments started going from my savings account and because I didn’t have enough in that account, the account went into negative and because they kept charging, the balance was -340. Then I had to pay CIBC that amount. I went to BMO multiple times to fix this issue and they weren’t helpful. I went to more than one branch and still the problem wasn’t solved. Then I met with an advisor (Rubina) at this branch, gave her a void check for my checking, and was assured I would be charged the usual 208 biweekly. However, today I was charged 740, which not only left me with no money, but the balance is -500. All because of this incompetent bank. Do not get a car loan from this bank. They have directly caused my a lot of pain and frustration. They should be sued for this.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Daman, who recently assisted me with my banking needs. I had the pleasure of working with Daman and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received.He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I received the help I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the options available to me in a clear and concise manner.I really appreciate his dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. His friendly and professional attitude made my banking experience a positive one.Thank you again Daman for providing such excellent customer service and outstanding work.

I can't fault this branch for what i am about to say but i am a new customer and it was one the worst experances i have ever had. All i wanted to do was open an account but there was a series off bad miscommunications and me having to follow up that turned into a month long ordeal to finally get the documents i needed to sign to open the account. Then they were sent to the wrong branch when i was told to come here and sign them and now i have i have to come back again and get the bank card because for some reason it won't give me a bank card right away because i am a prospective customer not an official customer?

Not the best customer service experience, and I don't think the employees know about it. Today was my 3rd time there, and none of the employees was nice, nore smiling. Today Evelyn was kind of rude trying to get my signature. I told her, hey lady

Manager makes no effort to engage with customers as they walk into the branch. Will give you the bare minimum as YOU ask THEM how they are doing. And it gets worse from there. No effort to make customers welcome, let alone provide competent banking service.

I would give less than 1 star if there was an option. This location has by far the worst customer service I have experienced when it comes to banking. To start you can never get a real human on the phone if you call this location I've called numerous times, left voicemails still nothing, not one follow up call. Second the people that work here do not really understand the customer service" aspect. I had a chance to work with Rubina at this location and it was a nightmare. Overall very disappointed with this location and how they run their business. I would highly recommend finding a banking institution that will help you based on your needs and what your looking for not one like this BMO location where they make it seem like there doing you a favour by providing you services..."

Manuel is very uninformed about the services and products. The second time I`ve had to deal with him. I told him I was depositing money into my TFSA. He said okay and then I asked for a receipt for my TFSA and he said you need an appointment for that after he put the money into my saving ? I`ve never needed an appointment before and he said that `was before`. Then why did you tell me okay when I told you to put it in my TFSA. He had no answer. I asked for more help and he said all the managers were `extremely` busy. The bank was empty , no one waiting. He was afraid to ask for help.

Opened a bank account, Jonathan and Karthika are really helpful and knowledgeable. I experienced excellent services!

Very professional staff and Management. The team knows how to treat their customers. Anthony (Branch Manager) has been a big helping hand for the branch, always there to support his teammates whenever needed. I had Daman open my account making it very simple and easy also setting me up for digital banking so that I can do my banking from home.
