One Step Ahead Cleaning Service

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Scheduled a cleaning. Verified with Cate the owner on Sunday. I was supposed to text in the morning of cleaning with code for house. I forgot, which is absolutely my fault. The original plan was she was coming in the afternoon to clean. She never informed me she changed to the morning. She never attempted to call or text me after arriving at the residence to clean. Nothing. I understand I forgot, but it 2022 and a 30 second text could have fixed all of this. She did NOTHING. A few hours later, I got a text from my realtor. She contacted my realtor that I didn’t give her the code. Not ME, her client. Who runs a business that way. She was extremely rude in our text exchanges and said if it was important to me I would have remembered. Unfortunately my uhaul had arrived at my new place, I was registered my kid for kindergarten and there was also an hour time difference. She made zero attempt to contact me after she arrived at the residence. Completely ridiculous. Don’t worry I found a wonderful cleaning lady who came, texted me when she arrived at my residence, text me when she left the residence as well and was nice as can be. Care could have fixed the entire thing with a simple phone call or text, but that was above her. I would never recommend someone who runs a business this way.

our rugs now look brand new - did all area rugs and carpeting in whole house... worked so hard to remove a nasty stain from a nose bleed and now have a spotless rug... also did sofa ... 11 out of 10on all counts!

When you need a cleaning service and done rite the first time. They always always go above everyone expectations. Great job.

After contacting them a week ago, we agreed on meeting today at 2:00. The location is in Verona, while I live 2 hours away. I received this email less than 4 hours before our meeting, instead of a phone call. “Hi Tim, due to some unfortunate circumstances, we are not going to be able to make it to our appointment today and for the foreseeable future. We apologize for any inconvenience.” Not even the courtesy of providing alternate agencies to contact.
