Billy has been taking care of my hair needs for almost a decade. He listens to what I want and does a phenomenal job every time. The atmosphere is great. It is always positive and welcoming. I've had my nails done by Patti, too, and enjoyed every moment of it. I would not go anywhere else, highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love the time I spend with Billy at Serenity Escape. His warm welcome, true knowledge of hair care and genuine interest and attention make getting my hair done a treat. I have thin hair but Billy manages to make it look and feel stylish and healthy every time! Just wanted to add that Billy and Patti are always working to make the experience better and better. Billy knows blondes!! I have been going to see Billy for colouring and extensions for several years and I leave feeling STUNNING every time!! I started with tape ins and over the last year I have been getting sewn in wefts. I’m complimented on my hair daily and have confidently referred many people as I know they will be as happy as I am. His pricing is more than reasonable and his skill is UNMATCHED! Patti can give a pedicure that makes you honestly believe you’re in heaven. Not only does she make your feet look pretty but she offers a level of foot care I’ve never found at another salon or spa. Together Billy and Patti create a safe loving atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re visiting family! I look forward to every visit ❤️

They treat you like family and go above and beyond to provide excellent service in so many aspects. From Billy’s multi faceted talents as a stylist and Patty’s wonderful aesthetic services you’ll leave there feeling rejuvenated and fresh! A truly pampering salon and beautiful spa experience. They also have boutique items available for purchase. I was able to score some gorgeous earrings for a gala I was attending. Totally completed my look! Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been to Billy multiple times for my hair, he’s one of the best stylists I’ve ever been to! Not only did he do exactly what I was asking for but he makes your time with him so much fun! I cannot say enough how great Billy is and would recommend him to anyone!
