The location stocks some of the highest quality and best-looking frames I have seen anywhere. The eye examination doctor Dr. William Poncho onsite is a very knowledgeable and experienced optometrist with a suitable bedside manner. In these times, to save 50% off my lenses was a big help. I highly recommend a visit; it was worth the drive for me.

A+I originally came to this location because my eye got poked by accident. Dr. William Poncho gave my the information I needed to keep my eyes healthy and scheduled a follow up appointment. I had such a good first impression I decided to schedule a full eye exam. William was very thorough and my exam was great because of good conversation talking about sports and other cool things. This gentleman is a true professional, highly recommended.After my prescription was written, Cheryl helped me find a pair of great frames. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have an intuition of what a customer wants and needs. Her customer service was not rushed and you can tell she truly cares that you get the very best for your eyes.Altogether Mac & Co has great pricing, is very professional and good hearted. It's not just an eye place it's an extraordinary experience. If your looking for an eye exam or in search of a wide variety of eyewear, this is the spot! Dr. Poncho is amazing. However- the other people have treated me very poorly. I ordered contacts through them and have waited two months for them to arrive. They never return my voice messages or emails. They upgraded my order to super expensive contacts without running it by me. I’m still waiting to hear back from them about a voice message I left last week regarding the status of my order. They might have sent them to me but I asked if they could call me back to confirm if they did and I havent heard from them. It’s been like eight mistakes and they still won’t communicate with me clearly. Two months is too long to wait for contacts with no communication. They also convinced me to order them which is bonkers. Why convince me to order with them to string me along until I am out of contacts and unable to work? Anyway do not order from here scammersIt’s a shame because dr.poncho is the best.

I have dealt with Cheryl at her location in new market (in vision optical) and absolutely loved the process and how easy she made it finding the right fit frame for me, that when I needed new glasses I came back to them and found out hey have this location in Brampton! Not only fabulous customer service but also a very upscale and modern looking optical location. I plan to continue purchasing from them they have a client for life! Dr. William Poncho and his team are superb. My eyes have been cared for by Dr. Poncho since he first opened up his practice. He is great with kids and my children love visiting him. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to do everything just right. Mac & Co Eyecare have a great selection of designer eye glasses. They take the time to find the best fitting eye ware plus they have an assortment of attractive frames. I highly recommend them.
