XXX DO NOT USE THIS STORE XXXI had a bad experience and can give you proof of a $200 scam.Do not use this store they will charge you extra without providing any product. Over 3 weeks of conversations seem like the store want to help me but finally, charged money that has no product or service provided to me.

We had a rough start with Ancaster Equip. but they sorted out the mishap and got us our freezer in the nick of time. We are now almost a year gone and no issues other than a cracked drain pan, no telling how or when, us or them, but an easy fix with a tube of silicone. Overall, for the price and delivery, I would say we are happy with our purchase, in fact we have touted your name to a few people looking for equipment. Thanks for honouring your commitment in a professional manner.

Excellent service, units were shipped and delivered as promised. Equipment has surpassed our expectations. We did have a malfunction, and Ancaster responded ever so promptly with warranty coverage. I will definitely continue to do business with Ancaster.

I would not recommend buying equipment from this company. As a small business, we chose to buy a new refrigerator from them to not only support a local company but also enjoy the peace of mind of buying quality equipment with warranty. Our refrigerator arrived damaged, and while we understand this is due to transportation and not AFE, it has been a nightmare to deal with. Upon receiving the cooler, we were told to accept it because the person in charge at AFE was on vacation and the issue would be dealt with the following week. After several days into the new week of not hearing back, we were told it was best to keep the unit because it was cosmetic damage only and were offered a $500 refund instead. However, the unit was not performing well, so a technician visited and highly suggested the unit was replaced because in reality, the cooler could have inside damage and the resale value would be affected by the dents both in the front and back of the unit. AFE said this was no longer an option but they did offer a new grill to fix the cosmetic damage in the front. It has now been almost two months, having experienced several issues with the unit, and the situation has not been fully resolved. We have been very patient but even our emails and phone calls are ignored (unless I block my caller ID). Ultimately, I received an email today saying we will be refunded $200 (for a $3500 cooler). Not the kind of customer service I would expect from a local company. I never leave bad reviews but I am doing so in the hopes that AFE reconsiders the kind of customer service they provide in these type of situations.

Amazing service and quickly responding to my many questions! I ordered a floral fridge and the moisture level is already set up. Couldn’t have been an easier process!

Hi mr thabbel owener of super marketi bought 3 freezer which are true mark gdm-49f so for very happy with the service which sold to me by MmeTASHA so wonderful i suggest more people pls trust me and trust this company nicely redone freezer same as new i give more than five stars

On Feb 2022 I bought New Air single door cooler NGR036H from Ancaster food equipment and to my great surprise in less than a year it collapsed! For me then to realize that the selling company does not handle the warranty and I had to contact Ether Inc or Ether integrated solutions whom do not cover Mississauga area! And advised me to check myself for a local repair and send them the bill then they managed to appoint Distex to do the job whom apparently have no office! Their technicians diagnose and fix the errors by searching google and watching repair territorials on youtube!! And ofcourse they don’t carry a stock of spare parts. To add more drama, they use the cheapest possible corier service that never delivers to bring parts from Montreal. This unit has collapsed 3 times so far!! And everytime it takes around a month to repair. They don’t compensate for the damage produce or the loss of revenue. They do not offer a substitute unit until they fix their faulty unit. By all means this is a terrible experience that lead to one conclusion is to never buy that brand New Air.

I had a great experience dealing with Tasha and Ancaster food equip. Good warranty on their refurbished units. Any issues or questions I had were promptly addressed and corrected. It is clear they care a lot about customer service. I highly recommend checking them out!
