Mad Dog's Ski & Board

Purchased a portable grill from Cory. He provided excellent service and knowledge of product. The grill had a manufacturer defect, and was promptly replaced with very little hassle. I was concerned about spending the little extra cash, but Cory more than made up the expense with service! Mad Dogs Bishop's has a happy customer.

Staff were great! Got there just after close and they were super happy to sell me my biggies cards for the weekend in Kelowna. I will definitely be back for some gear!!

I had an issue with my purchase (an honest mistake) and matt & co were super on the ball and proactive in making it right. They literally went the extra mile. Shopping here is a good idea

Came in to look at boots and helmets and the gentleman (Jayden) I believe was very helpful. He greeted me right away as I walked into the shop and helped answer all my questions. Very great customer service! I will recommend this place to my friends.

My daughter's boyfriend came to town so that we could go to Whistler together. He decided to buy boots while he was here and Mad Dog sports looked like a good option. Unfortunately they sold him defective boots (verified by another boot maker) and then refused to give a refund. So the week was ruined and he lost money on the boots, the ski rental, the lift tickets and transportation costs to and from Abbotsford. We are considering small claims court. Do not buy boots here.

Cannot speak highly enough about this shop. I bought my boots 10 years ago and I brought them in the other day because I was having some fit issues. The guys helped me make the adjustments, which took us almost an hour. I realized that it may just be time for new boots, and so they helped me find new boots as well. They never pressured me to purchases, spent so much time with me to make sure I was happy with everything. The time and effort these guys put in was so appreciated. If you are looking for help with your gear, go earlier in the season. This is a shop that truly wants people to love their gear and ski/board experience!!

Go buy your gear at Mad Dog's! I had bought new snowboard boots just before Christmas. Sadly, riding them twice and experiencing discomfort I realized I had bought the wrong size! I went back to mad dog's to figure out a solution and to my big surprise they exchanged my boots for a smaller size! I am so happy I did not have to buy another pair of boots and get to ride comfortably for the rest of the season! You guys rock! Thank you so so much! :) :)

Went to look at snowbord boots. Selection was great the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I must have tried on every boot and Leona stuck with me the whole time imparting her vast knowledge of boot fitting. I didn't buy any boots but walked away knowing more. Once I do make a decision I will be going back to buy them here.
